This location is very slow even with making an online order. The manager walks around like he doesn’t care about the long waits. Expect to wait at least 45 minutes for your food.

Best one so far. Clean, friendly, easy access, ac working, lots of parking. Staff knew the menu well and made suggestions. Food was perfectly cooked and not too greasy. Portions were generous and everything was well kept. Everythi g was stocked including all soda options.
Not the Popeyes I knew living in L.B. but itll do. Better than KFC.

My husband picked up dinner for our family after commuting home from work. He got home (20 min from the restaurant as it’s the closest Popeyes to us) only to realize that we got someone else’s order. He called the restaurant and they stated they had our order here. My husband drove 20 minutes back to the restaurant, and when he arrived he told the person at the front that he called on the phone. The guy then handed my husband our food that sat there bagged for 40 minutes. My husband opened it and told him that the food was cold and asked him if they were going to remake it. My husband asked to speak with a manager about making this situation right and the manager said he was too busy to talk to him. My husband responded with “okay” and walked out the door. As someone who works in customer service, busy or not, if there is an issue, you stop what you are doing to address it. How my husband was disregarded was completely unacceptable and no customer or person should be treated this way. Very disappointed.

So I normally don't leave reviews for fast food restaurants, however I had to this time. Normally when theres a whole crew of late teens-mid 20 year olds working , alot can go wrong or be forgotten . Literally ALL the young people working , were beyond friendly , especially the young man Kayse. They all even seem like they are all working very well together . Kudos to the managers for having a awesome crew ! The food was was good as well. Keep it's up lol I know it's "just fast food " , however customer service makes a HUGE difference.

Very clean store, good food and service was fine. There were several employees that were either off or on a break hanging out in the store and near the dumpsters by the drive thru. Over all it was a good experience and the food was great - though pretty over priced...but that seems to be the way nowadays.

Well, I didn't have a chance to order. Got there at 1545 on a Tuesday. A few cars in the parking lot and none in the drive thru so decided to do the drive thru. Pulled up and told to hold on a minute. After waiting for 5 minutes, I couldn't wait any more and left. When i went through to leave, I looked in the dining area. Only two people are eating, and none are standing waiting for anything. One day, I decided to eat popeyes they decoded for me not to.
