Best smoothies ever. Nobody compares.

My family orders from here all the time, and service is hardly great but the food usually comes out good. To be fair, there are a couple employees that help this location have a better atmosphere. We do a lot of DoorDash as well, and the food is usually delivered sealed with stickers and in a sealed bag, but this time it had none of those, and it wasn’t filled to the top.. there was a noticeable gap. We are fighting the cold that’s going around and don’t want to take any chances with food that may have been tampered with because it wasn’t properly sealed. I called the store and the employee couldn’t seem to care less and offered no resolution. I drove down there to ask for the drink to be remade so I can ensure it’s safe for my family to drink, and after arguing with me about the efficacy of the stickers and sealing the product the employee says “I guess” with the worst attitude. I appreciate him doing the right thing and remaking it but this kind of customer service is abhorrent. I come to this location just about weekly and this employee almost always has a “couldn’t care less”attitude and that’s reflected in the food he makes as well. Management needs to step up the customer service training at this location asap and teach the employees how to speak with respect, and take care of your business.

Been wanting to try Robeks for a long time so I finally got the app and did the sign up. Tried placing a mobile order but the app will not take any form of payment. Went to try to order through doordash and it’ll work but losing out on my $3 reward so I’ll have to pay more. Don’t have time to just come in and sit

First time here it was really cool. They have a lot of different options. Great for a quick lunch before going to the market. Highly recommended!

I’m writing this review to be honest. This shop has always been good until I’ve seen the owner start to take control of the place. A few months back the smoothies and the shop was just way better now I see the owner try to be in the mix and he doesn’t know how to make anything. He also is hiring the worst employees ever. Before they fired the girl Nyah my smoothie was always perfect it would be ready fast and taste great although Linnea does a great job and always makes it good. Now I always need my smoothie remade and it’s never good I always leave disappointed. If I were Robeks I would take the franchise away and find someone new this Is embarrassing to the brand.

Usually don’t leave reviews but the girl bothered me. I came in with my 3 year old son and wanted to share a smoothie. I asked for the energizer açaí and realized the “energy” may mean caffeine and didn’t want to give me 3 year old caffeine. I asked her what the vague “energy” means and she said you can read the pamphlets on what’s in our smoothies… I wanted to ask her “you don’t know if your energy drink has caffeine in it?” But held my tongue. After a few brief awkward moments of browsing the pamphlet as she stood there looking at me, I gave up and decided to get the other non “energy” açaí option. After ordering and having more time, I looked throughout the pamphlet, only to find it doesn’t have a single description of what “energy” means. Young girl in the front that’s probably at her first job, next time, ask your 3 other coworkers that are sitting on the milk crates in the back chatting, my simple question. You may avoid a negative review :) smoothie came fast and tasted good so I’ll give a 2 star. Customer service is everything.Thanks

Went in excellent costumer service, girl with the copper hair made my smoothie 10/10. Great atmosphere overall will comeback again to try new things.

Wonderful juice bar here. Friendly service with delicious items. Remember these nutritiously packed meals! They are worth it!

The ladies at the Wildomar location are ALL amazing! They go out of their way to take care of their patrons!

I visited the store on Friday 10/6 @ 11:35 am. I ordered my drink but a couple of people walked in after me. Instead of the young lady making my drink, she began taking their orders. When I walked in I was the only customer and that’s why I ordered. I was on my way to work and would’ve been late had I stayed and waited for it. She asked me if I can pick it up later. I told her I couldn’t because I’d be at work. She asked for my name and number and I gave it to her. She said she would leave the information at the front for when I returned. Well, I visited the store yesterday and the gentleman that helped me was very kind and professional. There was no paper with my information on it. He took care me like she should’ve. I guess it’s just me because I would’ve made the first customers drink instead of taking everyone’s order who walked in. Also, she didn’t ask for my phone number when I ordered. The service I received yesterday trumps the service I received Saturday. This is the only reason why I would return.

I always get the same smoothie, but it's never the same smoothie. That isn't even the main issue, which is that one person started making my smoothie and then forgot about it, so someone else tried to finish making it but low and behold shes the same person who just handled grbage cans and touch God knows what else and never washed her hands.. so thanks, guys. I won't be returning.
