Very disappointed I live in Wildomar and work in Temecula, I normally get my coffee at a Temecula location and today I went to my local Wildomar Starbucks with my two daughters as a little treat. They had been seeing my cups when I get home from work with the sweet messages and they wanted to get theirs. But oh disappointment! Not only did my drink taste bad but the customer service was awful. There was absolutely zero effort in making our drinks and not to mention the lack of customer service. I will definitely not be coming back to this location. I will post the different drinks to show the difference in both.

We go to Starbucks once a day and we are fine with spending money for good quality. The past two visits our drinks we flat terrible bad enough for us to throw them away. I called the first time in. Hopes it was a training error maybe but to my surprise we tossed out three drinks it tasted like shaved ice with dirty water. This is the only banch in this area that can't be trusted on good quality drinks or service.

This is the fourth time in a row I’ve gotten the wrong drink. I get that it can be busy but when you want to stop before work and don’t have time every single time to loop back around, make it right, and retry all over again AND it’s a persistent thing? Enough. Slow down. Listen to orders. Don’t fill in blanks if you’re unsure. Read the drinks before you hand them out. One or two offs I get but seriously. Every single time? Come on.

Every time I order my drinks and open the lid on the drink that I ordered from THIS location they NEVER fill the cup up fully!!!!!
It's not fair to order a certain size and we can't receive what we purchased......

I order here all the time out of of convenience, but today I accidentally placed my pickup order incorrectly 😅 I called immediately, and they were accommodating and fixed the order. When I got there, they asked me to pull around to wait and the most beautiful, pleasantly energized Starbucks worker I’ve ever seen brought me my drink. Thank you for great service!! To the man that brought me my drink, keep your skincare routine up; you’re blessed!! 😍😍😍

If I could’ve I would’ve left 0 stars this place sucks they don’t fully cook ANY of their food it comes back to you totally FROZEN in the middle. The EGGS were RAW you WILL get FOOD POISONING!!!!!!!

Starbucks staff on Clinton Keith next to 711 do better. Don’t talk crap about your customers loud enough for the customer to hear while they are sitting in the drive-through window. I will admit my order is a little strange. I add espresso to pink drink and top it with salted caramel foam. I do this because to me it taste like a dark chocolate covered strawberry. Don’t knock it till you try it and definitely don’t say out loud “ Imagine being that person who says adding espresso to pink drinks slaps” then proceeding to make fun of me for my order. You also forgot the dried strawberries. The only person that was nice was the girl with blonde and colorful hair who was at the register in the drive-through window. Your sister store on Clinton Keith has been more gracious about this order than you guys were I will go there for now on. Starbucks train your staff To have manners.

I had to yell into the intercom to get the clerk to hear my order..after the 3rd time trying to order a simple iced coffee.. She told me to move my head towards the intercom..um what? Then I get to the window and my coffee was black..I ordered oatmilk in my coffee..If I wanted black coffee I would have ordered black coffee. When I asked her to add oatmilk she gave me attitude and added not even a tablespoon..I'm paying for oatmilk so if I ask for more put it in my coffee without the attitude. Then they have the audacity to ask for a tip..couldn't hit zero fast enough. My stomach has been hurting all day after that disgusting coffee. No thanks. I'll walk into Albertsons and order coffee since this was just too difficult for them. They don't give you attitude when you ask for something and actually hear you when you order without having to yell into a speaker.

The staff there at 12:30 today was incompetent and rude. Girl with platinum hair stared rudely and gossip with rest of staff about customer. Wait 15 min to listen to them gossip while not one person made a drink. Just stood and talked. To 20min with no other customer there to receive 2 iced coffee. Come here every morning. And sadly there new staffing make me want to go elsewhere.

To politely but honestly critique, I always order the same beverage and can say that I know what it's supposed to taste like, which obviously I quite like. However, I don't know if they changed the recipe or they cross contaminated but my Iced Chai Frappuccino from this location tastes awful, with an oily taste and leaves a very unpleasant film and taste in my mouth. 5 stars for service and friendliness but 0 stars for the botched beverage that I paid for.Edit: An hour later and the horrible after taste won't go away even after drinking lots of ice water and rinsing with mouth wash. ??

If there is a number one barista at any Starbucks it is someone at that location. I frequent this one 4 days a week and Jonathan is by far the best server I have had the pleasure of having. His etiquette is on point. I look forward to stopping in when he is working!! He deserves whatever Starbucks has to offer their star employees. Have him train more people as he is a key to Starbucks success!
