The food is great but service is lacking and frustrating. We've ordered through their app to pick up twice. The first time we got there right at our pick up time they told us our order had been erased/cancelled. They were able to put it in again and we were out the door in less than 10 min. The second time we ordered and went to pick up they were behind by over 20 min. Not fun when you go as a family to pick up and you're stuck waiting with your 8 month old and 5 year old. They weren't busy but had only one cook/chef at the time. Don't get me wrong, we've found their sushi to be the best in the area but they need to fix the app or something to display realistic pick up times.
