The Burger was fresh and hot but my fries were cold and it took about 10 minutes to get my food.

Asked for no meat in my food and guess what? Meat pieces in the food. Not cool. And I paid full price for bread lettuce avacado and tomato. No chicken or pork. How does one manage to add something on this that did not have it in the order. I don't eat pork or chicken. If this was added too the sandwich, why not remake it? This is not cool on so many levels.

It was the worst experience I’ve had here. We should come here all the time nobody taking orders nobody restocking, napkins, lids, straws, dining room, filthy, dirty, and no manager on site.

We visited this location during off peak hours, we were the only car in the drive thru and dinning also seemed empty. The food took a bit longer than normal, hence the 3 stars, and some ingredientes were wrong. However, the food here is amazing.

Just went through and ordered a burger and onion rings, I asked for ranch at the window and was told there was 1 in the bag and if I wanted more I would have to pay for it. Got home and took the container of ranch out to see that it’s a quarter full. Not cool

9/13/24, roughly around 4p.m. I ordered my patties WELL DONE and received RAW PATTIES. How is this safe to eat? Oh wait! It's NOT! This is irresponsible and careless. People like this should NEVER work in the food industry. Look at the Picture that was uploaded. Make it make sense. Customer service was good, but when the cook is careless it makes you think twice about eating at all. Disgusting!

My third time visiting this location both other times they forgot to put the avocado I paid extra for and today I sat in the drive thru for 10 minutes saying hello over and over when I drove by I saw the employees just talking. Maybe change your hours if you can’t answer to customers when you are supposedly “open”. I called the number just to see and the girl that answered said they were open but she wasn’t at the location so she was going to call them… I couldn’t wait longer I was getting fast food for a reason because I had places to go not because I had time to sit and wait. The one off murrieta hott springs always has good customer service and they have yet to “forget” my avocado.
