The cashier wouldn’t accept my 20$ bill because she claimed “ it looks funny”. What kind of customer service is that? I took the money to the bank and it absolutely is a real 20$ bill. Need to hire more competent employees!

NEW POST: This is the 1 star review: 9-13 25 Latest Update: You lost your way on cleanliness, tables are discussing. We now go to the Habit in Lake Elsinore. The last 4 or 5 times we visited the tables have a gritty sticky discussing feel to them. Last visit we got soap and wet paper towels from the restroom and still would not clean. Run your hand across the table top and you'll see. From months if not years only using a wet rag to get the big debris off and smear around the grease. Tables need a DEEP CLEANING with 409, are simple green......... OLD POST: This is the 5 star review: Clean, friendly, out standing hamburgers. We’ve eaten at this location for years. But now the tables are always dirty. They’re grimy from lack of proper cleaning, even the edges are grimy. The condiment area doors are also gross. We even tried to clean our table but it seems they’ve gotten so bad it will take a good steam cleaning to get them sanitary again. We love the Habit’s food, but rather concerned what the food prep area at this local might also be like. Unfortunately we won’t be back to this location, the past 2 visits grossed us out. We’ll patronize the new Habit in Lake Elsinore, it’s new and clean.

First time getting food from here and let me tell you I’m so glad that Alicia was our cashier at the drive thru not only she works fast she was also very patient and easy to talk to having to order with 4 children could be a lot We got our food in less than 5 minutes I’m so glad she made our experience 50 times better that girl needs a raise. Thanks again Alicia you were amazing we will definitely be back and hopefully you’ll be at the drive thru again!

First time trying Habit. With so many delicious places to eat, I have no idea why this place exists. Four of us ate there. Three plain burger combo meals with bacon added, one with tempura green beans instead of fries and also one sourdough burger with a drink and green beans and it was $75. Very tiny burgers. They looked like McDonald's cheeseburgers with a slightly larger patty and the bacon could not be seen unless the bun was lifted off showing one slice of bacon broken arranged in a circle. Most of the tables were dirty with drink spills, napkins, and crumbs. The staff was robotic even after I told them I'd never been to a Habit and asked what is popular and the gentleman just told me what he eats. It was not very convincing that he even likes the food there. The location was dirty and maybe that was an anomaly but the food was boring, bland, and overpriced and that's the reason I won't ever return to a Habit.

Rainy Vibes

Everyone here is very nice, for some reason the lady manager is mean and impatient and always talks crap with one other girl or guy that will engage in kitchen area about customers or ppl they work with…Doesn’t she realize she should be the most kind, respectful and responsible one not the one in a rude or caddy placement.

Heartbreaking I come here allot and when she’s on shift I dread the experience. Don’t know her Name but you’ll know when she helps you because of howCareless and disrespected you’ll feel after she’s done helping you. It’s August 5 at 5 o’clock so whoever is on the shift at this time as the manager that’s her name.

I’ve worked in restaurants for over 20 years and this is probably one of the main bad energies that have stood out.

I hope they findThe job that truly makes them happy because it doesn’tSeem that this place gives them joy so they can’t get it back out to customers as well what goes around comes around you gotta leave your anger and judgment at home.

Trust me I feel the same in my job and socks and it’s stressful and people are not easy to deal with but I said, meditate and exercise when I’m back so I don’t have to bring it to the ones that are depending on me to get on the bus sales experience when all they have some times is that place to escape for the day.

Their bathrooms have no soap and the old style sinks where you have to hold down the knob for water. It just occurred to me that their employees have to use this as well.. are they handling my food like this?

My food took 15 minutes to make. I was the only one inside, but they chose to take care of the drive through people first. The guy at the cashier was slow. My food was to go.
