Absolutely delicious new experience for me! My friends and I ordered the tres leches paleta, the strawberry cheesecake paleta, a chocolate paleta, and a horchata paleta shake. Everything was amazing. We got to meet the owner, who was so sweet and guided us on good toppings for each of our flavors. The only bad thing is I work so close so we all know a big chunk of my paycheck is coming here weekly ?Parking: A bit squished parking area shared with multiple businesses.

The Paleta Bar is located right off Clinton Keith and the 15. It is located in a small shopping center so parking can be limited during certain hours. At this location you'll find indoor seating only with low top tables. I was so excited to try these after they came up on my Instagram ! These paletas are gorgeous !!!!! I tried the strawberry cream cheese as well as the lime! The strawberry cream cheese came half dipped in white chocolate then topped with fresh strawberries, white chocolate drizzle and graham cracker crumbs ! It was so good ! The lime was my favorite - it was mouth watering and absolutely refreshing ! It was lightly coated in tajin , topped with cucumbers ams drizzled with chamoy! So much flavor ! Service was so friendly - shout out to Pedro for helping me out ! I can't wait to try more flavors

We got a strawberry with milk chocolate and sliced almonds and cookies and cream with milk chocolate and m&ms. The ice cream itself has no flavor. The chocolate is not great and kind of waxy. Overall, if it wasn't for the toppings, there would be no flavor.

I may change my star review when I try another flavor. Unfortunately the pistachio is loaded with a heavy chemical flavoring. The aftertaste would not leave my mouth. I tried to enjoy it and I just couldn't loose that fake soapy flavor. Next time I will ask for one w the least preservatives and synthetic syrups. $7 got a fancy Paleta that doesn't have the essence of home made. I will try to come again! Making these little changes to help customers come back will be very much appreciated. Add less flavor syrups please. Because the pistachio bits are already very bitter.

The store manager answered all our questions, explained the new flavors, and offered suggestions. We couldn't decide between multiple flavors and he offered us plenty of samples so we could choose. They offer milk-based and water-based options and they're all equally delicious! Do not let the prices keep you from enjoying and supporting a local family.
