Service is incredibly slow. Walk in orders take like 20+ minutes, even when the store isn't busy.Just about all the tables were dirty upon arrival.I keep trying to give this spot chances,but this was my 3rd attempt and the slow service is really what makes me not want to come back ever.

I just move in around this area and i was craving winstop! The guys there are horrible rude disrespectful food is trash i recommend not going here again!! And it took forever for my order!!! Omg i was waiting for 30 mins! Insane

I placed an order at 1:57pm and was told to be there after 16-21 minutes for pick up. I get there and there's only 3 people in the waiting area so it wasn't crowded. I tell the guy up front I was picking up and he advised me it would be done in 5 to 8 minutes. Well, an additional 25 minutes pass by and I ask the girl how much longer to where she said they haven't even cooked my fries yet! Seriously! I tell her I've been waiting here for my carryout order and I was told 8 more minutes 25 minutes ago. She then proceeded to shrug her shoulders and say I have to help the person behind me! Excuse me, but no! I placed a carryout before this gentleman as he didn't even place one yet! Take care of the ones who paid and have been waiting!!! Magically as she walked to the back my fries were boxed up...If you want to wait an additional 30 minutes after a specific time they tell you when your food is ready then this is the place to go. The ONLY one that seemed to have a sense of urgency and seemed concerned about anything was the gentleman in the back who was probably obviously the manager. So shout out to the Mangager for doing all 3 jobs without any help!!

You will wait a long time for your food no matter how early you order. It could be ordered an hour two hours or five hours. It won't be done. When you get most likely it will be wrong too.
All the 1 star reviews are dead on. After placing an order online, wings were ready for pickup in 20 minutes. Came inside when food was supposed to be ready and had to wait an additional 50 minutes. Staff is in the back just chatting instead of actually taking orders in or cooking. You can literally drive to another location, pickup up your wings, come back. Eat them and they still won't have your wings ready here. Food was cold and soggy. How the hell you take 1hr & 10 minutes to cook wings and still mess it up. I think I'll be faster if I just grew the potatoes and cooked them myself instead of waiting for them too. Definitely avoid this place at all cost. Or come here if you like waiting hours on end for food that looks no better than a TV dinner box Only thing going for this place is that they have chairs to sit while you're waiting for the staff to finish their conversations so they can continue to work. Must be nice

Ordered takeout. Wings smelled like fish. Frys were cold and soggy. Celery was soggy. Overall disgusting. Will never eat here again.

One of the workers wasn't wearing their hat and another put the boxes the food is served in on the floor. They served me cold fries, the dining room was filthy and they put actual crumbs in my food and counted it as a wing. Didn't see any of the workers wash their hands upon entering the building and they were all working without gloves. The soda machine also was completely out of stock. tl;dr: Don't come here. Slow service, bad health standards, bad food.
