The restaurant was above 90 degrees inside the eating area. this is unacceptable in every kind of way. i literally got a headache just ordering and the bathrooms were HOTTER. what is wrong with williams bk

We had been in Vegas all weekend with long wait time at airport we got to Williams ca location went threw the drive threw the young girl Nadia was very rude also my order came out I opened it up an the main ingredients were missing but I was in the drive threw so they didn’t care I’ve been stopping here for 20 years an this was by far the worst service ever my burger had a old cold patty no candied bacon sauce and a pound of lettuce an that was it when I came back around an went inside they demanded the whole order back other food an drinks an then couldn’t count the money back to refund the 50 dollar bill back the manager also seen me coming in an was fast to go hide in bathroom 20 dollars an hour is a joke when can’t build a 15dollar burger right or have good customer care I won’t be back

Thanks to the new minimum wage for fast food, you order for yourself at a tablet kiosk here.Our order wasn't correct but because there's nobody at the counter, you can't ask for help.The men's room has no door on the stall. It was filthy. The parking lot was also filthy.The one bright spot was that the dining room was clean.

When I went to Burger King I was with a few of my family members. We first had to order through a kiosk that was there. After it give a receipt that you give to the employees. The atmosphere was, well, burger king, it was pretty empty since it was late at night. What I can say about the food is that it was really good, like freshly made on a grill, and the fries were to die for. The service was a little slow but the employees were kind and helpful.
