The location I went to was in Williams California. Horrible. Food was cold and seemingly stale and that was shocking because they weren't busy!! Sat outside to enjoy the air that smelled just as bad as being inside the establishment, it smelled like sewer. The tables were disgustingly unsanitary and the bugs were rampant. I do not recommend this location.

Headed to the airport wanted dinner so we went through drive through got 2 famous star meals. Sodas were flat. Fries were old and grease balls. And hamburgers tasted burnt and old. Highly disappointed! Didn’t even eat or drink most of it. Wouldn’t even give a star

We haven't been to a Carl's in a while. We stopped at the Williams, CA restaurant and the young man that took our order was amazing. He explained the burger options and what was on them. Very friendly and professional. And the burger was delicious.

The lady with tattoos & red hair was super rude at the drive threw window , I was nkt able to ask for Anny dipping sause because she so rudely handed me my bag and said everything there and shut the window. I get home & my humbger is missing ketchup, Lettus & tomato. I don’t even want to go back up there and ask them to fix it because they lady was so rude at first! Do better Williams Carl’s Jr or better yet dont work in customer service if you’re rude.
