I was hesitant about trying this place due to it being a small food truck but me being hungry and craving sushi I tried it. I ordered two different kinds and they were both super good. It actually surprised me. The cashier was also super helpful. He asked a few questions before narrowing it down to his recommendations. It’s a must try sushi.

I decided to give this little sushi stand a try. I am so glad I did! Very large portions, an order will fill you up. I had the spicy tuna roll and man, was it delicious! It was quick, and fresh. Highly recommended.

Was worried about the food at first because, obviously, sushi from a trailer. But it was amazing! Better than even long standing sushi joints that I've had. Had the Spicy tuna roll and it was so much larger than a normal spicy tuna roll! Would absolutely come back. Fair waring though, they don't take normal card. Cash, Venmo or Zelle only

Stopped off I5 north to the Chevron station, and noticed this food truck!They have delicious and fresh sushi!! I got the California roll and spicy tuna. And are very nice as well. I would highly recommend trying Medina’s Sushi!
