I don’t like food that taste too fishy but I work around here and whenever I don’t bring lunch I order from this place, it’s fresh doesn’t taste too fishy and the owner is very friendly.
Was worried about the food at first because, obviously, sushi from a trailer. But it was amazing! Better than even long standing sushi joints that I've had. Had the Spicy tuna roll and it was so much larger than a normal spicy tuna roll! Would absolutely come back. Fair waring though, they don't take normal card. Cash, Venmo or Zelle only
Stopped off I5 north to the Chevron station, and noticed this food truck!They have delicious and fresh sushi!! I got the California roll and spicy tuna. And are very nice as well. I would highly recommend trying Medina’s Sushi!
