Waited 20 minutes for my drink. Staff need to get faster and be more consistent with the way they make their drinks. I get the same thing every time I come by and it always taste different or it looks different. Management needs to get involved and retrain staff! With Dutchmans being built across the street, I might just switch over to them If things don’t change.

Waited 15 minutes for a latte and an egg wrap after ordering inside. Mobile ordering wasn’t enabled and the place was empty of customers but drive thru was busy. Another ruined in-store experience and a clueless manager. Starbucks has to start prioritizing customers inside the store - it’s not worth the wait any longer.

Williams has been a stopping point along I-5 for us for 50+ years. The Starbucks here gives us just one more reason to take the Williams exit ❤️ Not all Starbucks are created equal, and I love this location. This location is clean and staffed with polite and cheerful staff- it's always a pleasure.

This starbucks is always busy but always quick inside or drive thru. Staff is always friendly and if a mistake is made they make it right .. with no question asked.

Waited 20 minutes for two hot chias with one person in front of me!! There was a line for drive thru, but 4 staff were working it. I’ve never seen so so SO many flies inside a place, dirty floors and bathrooms, distrusting!! Dutch Bros is opening across the street, maybe they’ll be faster. Best part, drinks tasted terrible. Train better.

This location is infested with flies. There are flies on and in everything including the food display box. Dead flies on the counters and floor. And a twenty minutes wait for your order.

The drinks are good but the service is terrible, same with the drive through, some days the drive throughs are closed the next the inside is closed, the workers are mixed, some are lovely and some are just horrible, they don’t get your drinks right and just terrible attitude.

The system doesn't work at the drive thru. We were asked to go all the way back and try again to place an order. There is ONE PERSON taking and making orders. Don't waste your time here. Never seen another store this shitty.
