There were no customers when I came in around 230pm on a Sunday, it took maybe 10-ish mins for my personal pizza to be cooked and boy was this place worth every penny! It's a bit dirty and old inside, but the food was made with love! Best pizza I've had in my travels in the last 6 months. With a tip, my personal pizza and soda was around $11 what a great deal! The staff was very polite and if I could have eaten every bite, I would have!

I love this place. The pizzas are really good, with a great crust, lots of toppings, real cheese, and just the right amount of sauce. The atmosphere is retro and fun. Service was quick and the staff was friendly. I'm definitely going to be visiting there a lot
They took our online order and credit card payment. When we arrived, we had to knock on the door to get someone who was inside. She said they were closed and that we had to request a refund by calling the phone number on the website. The number directed us to the local restaurant who already told us we could not get a refund from them. I had to dispute the charge on my credit card, and that took almost two months to be reversed due to multiple attempts to contact Straw Hat without a return call. We're giving a one star review on the food even though we never had the opportunity to taste it. Definitely one star on service because we can't give them zero. Unfortunately, there was no way for them to correct the error or make up for our inconveniences. We had to make alternative dinner plans due to the nearly one hour wasted ordering from a restaurant that was closed.

Visited September 14 2025..see my receipt.
I was starving after a long drive and decided to stop in at Straw Hat in Williams.
What a nice surprise! The outside of the building is worn and the sign is dated BUT the inside was nice and clean! Loved the large tvs playing the 49er game!
The salad bar was clean and immaculate! I got the lunch special with two toppings and one trip salad bar with soda for under 14 bucks. The pizza was better than the large chains in other more populated cities! Crunchy and plenty of cheese.
They also serve beer and sodas. They have some games for the kiddos.
Great experience - glad I came in! Wonderful service from a nice lady named Cruz!

I had a very bad experience in this place, the manager treat my family as homeless, she even didn't provide plates for our order, I can't believe people like she can be manager she was rude, I would like to contact her supervisor and report this incident and hope people don't get treated as we did.

This place is so bad. Grew up eating straw hat pizza in Bay Area and Sacramento. This place is a joke compared to those. First of all. The place has no ac. So that means in the summer. It’s humid in the place. And the salad bar is also warm. Disgusting. Secondly. This place charges so much money for a sub par pizza.40+ dollars for an extra large pizza is crazy. It cost under 5 to make. And you guys don’t even make a good pizza. It’s always under cooked. Always late. And always missing something in the order. Plus your deals are terrible. Your only getting away with it because your the only pizza place in Williams. Your pizza is no better than a 5 dollar hot and ready from LC. The attitudes of the girls also stinks. And they upchargw you for everything but won’t let your sub a 2 liter for 4-5 fountain sodas. Who can carry 5-10 cups of soda home? Just a greedy pizza place with sub par food. 110 for 2 large pizzas and 6 twists when I was supposed to get 12. And no sodas because I could t carry 8 cups of soda on my vehicle. Although I paid for them. Should of given me a 2 liter.

The practice of automatically charging a 'group tipping' fee, even when customers aren't actively being served, raises concerns. It would be more reasonable if this policy applied to casual dining experiences where servers consistently attend to guests (e.g., refilling drinks, checking in regularly). The current tipping culture, which mandates tips regardless of service quality, seems excessive. Perhaps we should consider similar mandatory tips for other situations, such as renting a property with six or more occupants or purchasing high-value items like cars.

Took me a k to when I worked at one. The salad bar was good as well the pizza. The crust had a little sour taste but over all good. Qith the open cealings the dust was very noticable. The floors where clean . Over all ok for a small location. I have the dust in the rafters cleaned.

They have great gourmet pizzas. We got the lunch special comes with a salad, individual pizza, and a soda for $12.99. They also have wings and sandwiches and four different sauces to choose from Pesto, original tomato, BBQ and my favorite a white garlic sauce.
