I use Subway coupons everywhere, here they said you can only build your own sandwich instead of doing their normal sandwiches which says nothing about that on the coupon. They’re just refusing to do business the way Subway is because they don’t want to honor their coupons. On the coupon it clearly says you can choose any sandwich other than big, hot pastrami, and they still refused to do it.

Passed by this Subway location on Saturday January 11th, 2025 (01/11/2025), ordered two Sweet Onion Chicken Teriyaki Footlong Sub Sandwiches. When I was ready to pay, I handed to worker a coupon which showed Get TWO Footlongs for $13.99, I was hoping they would accept the coupon, but unfortunately, it was denied. I ended up paying the original price which was more than $30. This is the worst thing that had happened to me. Honestly, I'm considering going to a different Subway restaurant location for better customer service and that the coupon I used will be accepted and that there should be no issue with a coupon.

Came here 30 minutes before closing on a road trip (11/09/2024). Mexican lady folded my sandwich like a burrito and put it upside down and cut it. I put sauce, oil and vinegar on it in the end so she obviously did it on purpose. Town sucks anyways.

They take coupons but make up their own terms that differ from what's on the coupon. I tried using a 7.99 footling coupon but was told it doesn't work on all series subs even though it made mention of only 4 that were excluded . The sandwich i wanted was not. I've never had this problem at any other subway across northern California during my travels. I had to build my own and when I customized like a series sub I wanted I got over charged. Ended up being $11. Coupon also didnt say I would have to pay for extras. In hindsight I should have just ordered on the app but I give 1 star to manager who was rude and said nothing else could be done.

The young lady who helped us was very personable. Everything was clean, the vegetables were fresh, and the presentation was beautiful. It made the sandwich very appealing. It tasted good, too!
Store hours say 7am-9pm but didn’t open until 7:30am. It’s okay if that’s what your actual hours of operation are but you might want to update the sticker on the door and google to reflect this. Also $45 US for two subs… wow, since when?
