They got the order right and they we're friendly. Place was clean and they seemed to be happy to do their job. Very pleasant experience.

Don't bother going unless you want to order off the app. Employees are rude. Waited forever to get assistance because I didn't want to use the app. Then was told to pull out of line to place my order. Then forced to wait without placing an order because we were boxed in the drive thru so after waiting forever we left without food and everything else in town was closed. I'll be calling corporate.

Ordered on the mobile app and food was done in 5 minutes! Flavors on point even with custom orders and inside was clean and pleasant.
Clean fast and hot! Freshest taco bell hot service ever. Ordered from kiosk was great new feature from my last taco bell experience.
Missing items, was told to pull up front they would take it and they never came out with the item 20 minutes plus. Charged extra for extra lettuce and was purposely given little to no lettuce, donation was rounded up .91 without even being asked. This location is a wreak stay away from this spot, this spot just sucks always have always will. Had been months since I had been here for that reason decided to give them a chance because someone mentioned it had gotten better but NOPE!

Not bad for a Taco Bell 🔔. The restaurant is pushing the computer screens to order which is somewhat in personal.

Ordered 2 veggie bowls and got 2 chicken bowls. Respectfully showed the staff and offered to park up front or come back around. I ended up going inside and noticed the staff simply picked the chicken pieces out of the bowl (inevitably missing some and leaving its taste everywhere). I very respectfully asked them to completely remake the bowls because I didn’t want chicken in them at all. The staff all hesitated and insisted it was fine because they had removed the chicken. They did ultimately remake the bowls but then refused to give me forks (told me I could get spoons instead) and never offered an apology for this mistake. I’m a lifelong vegetarian who respects all diets and ask that mine be equally respected so I find this completely unacceptable. Oh, and even once they remade it they didn’t add all the customizations I paid for. I didn’t want to go back and make it a bigger deal there so I preferred to write it up here.
