Ignored by staff, therefore no service! Only 2 kiosks on the counter. Stood there for a few min before I just used the kiosk. The elderly lady next to me was confused about the technology, and not one of the 3 people working offered to help. So I helped her through. There's no smiles, greetings, or attention to that place. The atmosphere is very uncomfortable.

The food actually came out as loaded as their menu photos look! Best Taco Bell soft tacos I've had at a Taco Bell ever. It's fast food, but this place was quick, had everything in the bag, packaged well, stacked well, and tasted fresh.

I got the cinnamon twist and they tasted horrible. They tasted like plastic or some type of chemical was in it. Will never get them again at that Taco Bell.

Horrible service....nasty dirty restrooms. One of the restrooms you can't even flush the toilet. When I reported to the woman behind the counter she just laughed and walked away. Never came back to even take our order. Terrible place.

Apparently there is a new rule at this Taco Bell that you can't order a certain amount of quesadillas at the drive through because it's "too much work" for the employees and at least the would have been nice about it but they were so fucking rude they cut my dad off while he was ordering and didn't let him even finish. We're a family of six and we each were getting one quesadilla we ended up just leaving. My question is what is the drive thru for then? Correct me if I'm wrong but Taco Bell is a fast food place is it not? I didn't ask for the girls name but it was around 2:00pm and she still had the nerve to cover her face when we drove by, what was she so ashamed of? The lie about the quesadillas because we had asked her when was this rule established and she couldn't even answer or was it her rude attitude. If I could give zero stars I would.

The women working here are awful their not friendly & they made me use the kiosk which I wasn't comfortable with.There wasn't any meat on my taco and the supreme chalupa had barely any meat but a lot of lettuce.12 pm December 6th 2023 and the 5 women working acted like it was time for a break.$20 on 4 items to be upset about. They need new employees or shut the place down.Parking: Parking lot was empty cause no one wants to eat here.Drive to Willows they have better service and way better food.The employees weren't trained and their customer service was an F
Went to get food around 6pm, after waiting for awhile for our food. A woman with glasses that just got on shift, asked us to pay. My wife told her we had already paid, and were just waiting on the food. She seemed to get upset at this, and said "you dont need to talk to me like that". "I can deny you service if I wanted to". For what? Why? Why so confrontational? Seems to be a running theme in this town. If you hate your job then leave, dont take it out on the customers.
