We stop here for dinner. 4 people all ordered the birria plates. The rice was old and awful. The consomme never came. The worst birria tacos on the west coast. There is not a lot to offer in the town of Williams. But arco gas station would have been better.

Birria was good , hand made tortillas. The sopes needed a little more cooking masa was “cruda” but all was good. Place was clean , the young lady that took our order didn’t smile not friendly.. but was there to eat .. the other lady was more attentive .

The food taste and quality are the Gold. BEST birria tacos “consume!” … took me back childhood in Los Altos de Jalisco. So delicious. Staff super respectful and attentive. Got lucky passing by after a river adventure and we’ll be back every time ????

Perfect traditional “street taco” size tacos. Very tasty toppings and great sauces. This is the perfect pit stop while driving through. Do yourself a favor and have a few tacos here, this is how they should be.
