Sold us a Wednesday burger then gave us a regular, then said they were out, charging for a Wednesday. It’s only .60 just a bit rude to not try to make up for their mistake after spending $50. Then while my family was eating a lady came in and after getting her order home came all the way back up because she was missing a burger. They treated her as though she was lying. The line cooks even saying that they made it and then relaying it to the customer. Just odd service. I get people lie but, it’s just a burger and what if she wasn’t. Handed her her replacement and didn’t apologize for their mistake. We were there for 20 minutes lol

Bummed that yesterday afternoons visit to get lunch thru the Willits BK drivethru was less than satisfactory. "Have it your way", well , when I asked for a chicken sandwich, no mayo, add extra pickles....I thought I woulda gotten more then just 4 small pickles on it.. bummed...Maybe they can get it right next time if I ask for EXTRA ALOT OF PICKLES..LOL

Order online because I needed to pick up. Was told I must go through drive thru to pick up my online order??? Customer service was rude ... Waited over hour ...what about vehicles that can't fit in drive through???
Rude staff. Constantly gettingnorders wrong and overcharging cards. They are argumentative and rude when you correct them and ask to get what you ordered. The whole town hates the staff and after they overcharge you they won't make it right. I'll go to Ukiah in the future.

the employees did not even acknowledge I was at the order counter so I asked if they were open, one turned her head and said yes and turned back to their conversation! I thought maybe this is a window server talking to a non-serving manager or something so I stepped over to see if there was a server who didn't see a customer waiting. then one of the two walked toward the order area and didn't speak! I said "you don't seem very enthusiastic to help me" she responded "I was having a conversation" I felt rudeness and I turned toward the door and she was quick to say sarcastically "Have a nice Day" !! I came back and said with your attitude I wouldn't trust you food prep standards so I can't order then the other one said have a nice day and I said I don't wish you a nice day I wish you a bad day, what is your store number? she printed a slip and I took it and she told me to leave, "you are not a customer so leave, I said no and sat at a table to organize my notes to report to Corp. She threatened to call the police and I said good, I'll wait. a few minutes later I finished the notes and called the police myself to explain and see if they had received a call from this BK, the WPD had not. I have never had any experience even close to this anywhere else in CA, the entire USA, or anywhere else in the World. My wife and I used to eat here as we are traveling thru Willits often but never again, and if this is the standard of hiring practice of BK never any BK again EVER!! I will follow thru with a more formal complaint but no name tag and when I asked Her name she refused to reveal

I visited this place I observed a worker older Hispanic lady cooking the fries and wrapping the burgers come from outside wipe her nose with her hand and proceeded to start wrapping up a burger I was waiting for my wife to come in while I was waiting to order needless to say after I seen this disgusting lady do that I left the establishment never to return she is short older lady with short hair and wears glasses very unprofessional and not safe to eat food so next time it's a rool of the dice might get more than you paid for in your meal
