I like a couple things on the menu, personally I think Jack in the box is more on the expensive side which is why I prefer taco bell sometimes McDonald's, every once and a great moon

I don't know about everyone else, but this location has the best tacos of all franchises imo. Kudos to the person who made them! Keep it up!

Charged my card 4 times for 1 meal and when I went back to get it fixed was called a liar and had the cops called on my friend and I.Edit. I finally got a hold of them today and was met with hostility. Hung up on multiple times just to get a refund. Beginning to think they stole the money from me now and corporate won't answer my calls.

IDK how these workers can fumble an easy #10 medium. Even the drink was wrong. Go back to window and ask for correct drink and they don't even rinse the cup. Then I notice my burger is not #10 so I go back to window and they act like I'm lying then they want the burger back. After I say I'm giving it to a homeless because your just going to throw it away she looked liked she was confused. I finally get my burger back and don't feel like eating it because of the negative energy. Hey JackNBox workers it's not our fault you work there. Give a s*** a little more because you don't know who your serving.

It's Jack in the Box so how dare I expect my order to be correct but they left the tacos completely out of my munchie meal. I was first in a line of 2 whole customers and then they didn't offer me anynsau e. I had to ask for it. I thought that it was a JITB policy to offer sauce...? Oh well what can I really expect from a fast food joint that's not busy in a small town ? Customer service maybe?

The food is decent, but the wait is LONG. Even if you're the only person in line! If you're willing to wait- it's worth it.

I was met with attitude and my orders were messed up and I ordered a chicken cluck and I was give a chicken strip on my sandwich half the size of the bun I handed back to the manager and she handed back to me and slammed the window at the drive through . Second day in a row .there were plenty of employees. But anyway I will not be returning to Jack in the box in Willits California ever again . One of my favorite places to go

Inspect your food before you eat it! Ordered a breakfast sandwich, 1/3rd of the sausage patty was missing/tampered with, or eaten?!?!?! The staff could not refund my money(not trained).The area manager Ricardo Perez does not care either. No refund or response. What can you expect when that is the leadership.Response edit-I already did the email contact, no response as usual. Absolutely terrible representation by your manager Ricardo Perez.

Sat in drive-thru for 30 min waiting on them to take my order. The girl said turn your truck off so she can hear me, I did. Then I get to the window and half my order was not in the bag. I bring it to her attention and she ask if I want a refund instead of the food. This place is horrible fire everybody there and start over because the ones working there management included are ruining that place
