Good service and place to eat at but the only bad side would be i asked for a well done burger it was still pink more med rare than anything but still good and lot of food

Servers are easy to talk, give great food recommendation. The food is excellent with large portions. My husband and I shared the 1 pound prime dinner meal and is was amazing and too much for both of us. We placed our and were served within 8 minutes. Their soup are exceptional. Booth and table seating are available and they have a large group diningroom. Lumberjack decor is perfect. Restrooms are very clean.

My wife had The Chain Saw sandwich and she was not happy, not flavor to it and the bread had so much butter, cole slaw was off,,i order the BBQ Chicken sandwich and the chicken was like rubbery, i guess it was frozen for too long, i’ve been in the restaurant business for many years, our server was polite and smiled just way too much, just like exagerated, no eye contact, it was akward, some eye contact would be nice, otherwise it seems fake.

Got bacon/ eggs breakfast w/a biscuit & side of gravy. Good, but I remember bacon being thicker,(past experiences). No restraunts in Santa Rosa have thick bacon, so I drove 80 miles to get good, thick bacon....disappointed. My biscuit could've doubled as a HOCKY PUCK. even after soaking in the lukewarm, expensive, side of gravy.

At one point, my family was traveling through and forgot our baby pack at the restaurant. We called when we realized we were missing it, and our server had already put it in the back with a note. They held onto it for about a week, at which point we were traveling back home and stopped for lunch again. The same server recognized us and brought us the pack! We REALLY appreciated it

Just had supper there--OMG so good! I had the turkey and my husband had ham and eggs. Great food, great service from our waitress and enough for leftovers tomorrow. My only negative is the smell in the restaurant (a little old) and the restroom. If they fixed that, it would be a 10!

We/I stop by every time we pass through Willits. Although this is a (small) chain it feels like a hometown restaurant. The employees seem to be treated well because we see the same smiling faces. My waitress tonight was the same person who has served me numerous times before. She always takes care of us & never letsnthe drinks run dry.
Unlike other places that have fallen victim to shrinkflation, it seems like they haven't had to, yet. We've not had a bad meal & always look forward to stopping by.

Came in to order a 1 lb Redwood Burger - at Lumberjack in Willits at 6:00pm what I understand is what they are known for - whaaaayy whaaaay they didn’t have it ???
This was everything that were were looking for in a quick diner stop. The food actually exceeded our expectations. It was very flavorful.

Showed up at 8:30am (opens at 8)with a voucher from my hotel and there was a line of three families waiting to be seated and a bunch of Cal Fire (15 to 20)already seated and ordering....One cook-one waitress and an hour wait to get any food...We left and headed to a mom and pop Breakfast place nearby

The waitress seemed a little occupied. The présentation was like a dump truck. Meaning food was not separated. Paying for an expensive dish you think the food look like a huge dish. But foo was good.
