AND I ORDERED EXTRA PEPPERONI AND ONLY 3 FUCKING PIECES! THE CALZONE T THEY PUT SAUCE IN HAD HARDLY ANY SAUCE

Extremely good pizza but HORRIFIC service!!! Doesn't answer the phone, extremely rude employees and have now twice forgotten half my order that I had to go back for after I already made the 20 minute drive home. My fiance went inside to get the things we ordered and had to turn around again because I reminded him I paid for extra sauce and the cashier had the audacity to say "really dude?" And laugh at him like yeah really. I paid for that sauce so I'd like to have it, obviously! So inconsiderate. The SECOND time we spoke to the "manager" and she said "yeah yeah I'll get it for you but I don't appreciate the attitude" and then blamed her trainee and yelled at them. Like I don't appreciate my order being missing, the gas I wasted to come here twice, your inconsiderate behavior and YOUR attitude! Makes the delicious pizza not worth it. Would give negative stars for the service.

If the people working here at the time are good at their job and love what they’re doing then the food and service is great! Just like any place. So far I’ve had pretty good luck getting some great take n bake pizzas.Vegetarian options: You can build your own pizza here. Just ask for what you want. Plus there’s vegan cheese and GF crust options.Parking: There’s no parking for Papa Murphy’s specifically, but you can find a space to park in the Safeway parking lot most of the time unless it’s some kind of rush hour, aka lunch/dinner/fourth of July weekend etc. then watch out! Safeway gets packed!!!

We always get papa Murphy’s when we want pizza, and the one time we go somewhere else it gives us food poisoning. I will only be eating pizza from papa Murphy’s from now on. I feel so terrible right now and I know it wouldn’t be like this if we had eaten at papa Murphy’s. Never any trouble and delicious pizza. And for the price you can’t beat it.

Ordered by phone to the Willits Branch. When we picked up our order, the people were in terrible moods. I ordered a large Cowboy with specifically NO sausage. The pizza they made us had the least amount of toppings we've ever received from a Papa Murphy's and it was covered in sausage. The cheese was like rubber, there was hardly any pepperoni, mushrooms or olives. Overall this was the worst tasting pizza ever. This was not like the regular pizzas we have received from Sebastopol or Fort Bragg. Usually we never go wrong with Papa Murphy's but the Willits branch was extremely disappointing. We won't be ordering again from them. Not worth the cranky attitudes of the workers, not worth the money or the hassle. Peanut Butter and Jelly Sandwiches were much better than the pizza we received. We would not recommend Willits Papa Murphy's to anyone.
