The system of one employee cooking and serving didn’t work last night. My ramen noodles had a strange texture, biting into whole peppercorns took over the flavor of the dish. There was no presentation, usually the salmon is placed on the top of the dish not lost at the bottom. $24 for this? I don’t know if I’ll eat here again
Went again tonight and the service is worse. I wish the owners cared enough to train their staff. The food here is so yummy.

Some of the best Ramen I've ever had!

We just happened to stop by on our road trip and it was SO worth the detour off the main road. The ramen looked delicious but we opted for tapas fillet & tuna for better eating in the car and they did not disappoint! The inside is a vibe& they cook everything in front of you. Super clean place, great atmosphere. Will be making the stop here again on our next trip!

Had to stop eating midway through my meal just to write this. I think this is the best, most tender pork belly I’ve ever had. Excellent broth and delicious ramen.

Fresh, delicious, quality ingredients and a very friendly staff! Filet mignon was cooked to perfection. Bonus points for the compostable to-go containers/utensils! Willits is lucky to have this place.

I stopped in for lunch while exploring Willits and was super impressed. The vegan tonkatsu ramen was so delicious I'll be dreaming about it. The staff is very kind and the overall vibe was very chill. It seems like a one-person show here so be warned it's probably not somewhere to go if you're in a rush but the wait time was super reasonable all things considered and worth it for fresh, lovingly prepared food.

A great find! The White Miso Chicken was fantastic. The broth was rich, the chicken perfectly cooked, the noodles were fresh, and presentation was really kinda gorgeous. It's a cozy spot with just a few tables. Great, friendly service and a great meal.

Small shop, BIG flavor. Amazing broth, perfect chicken and noodles, plus tasty veggies. Loved the colorful cozy atmosphere and the friendly service. Great!

We had the tonkatsu ramen, it was very nice! The pork and broth was flavorful. The two staff are very nice and clearly working hard. We are new residents to Willits, moved from LA. It's nice to have a unique place like this in town, we will definitely be back and I recommend you give it a chance.

I was pleasantly surprised to find a ramen shop offering delicious, well balanced ramen in Willits. Our party ordered a bowl of pork and a bowl of chicken ramen and really enjoyed both.

Not great, we walked instead of looking for parking.

Excellent food on a small but well thought out menu. Salmon was perfectly cooked. Service is great. Interior is nicely done. Wish they had dessert.

I can’t even make an order because the staff doesn’t even answer just hangs up immediately absolutely worthless never again.

We enjoyed the food and the service. We just got done hiking and this really hit the spot! Cozy comfortable place for a meal.

The atmosphere is that of a ramen house in Japan a little spartan but encoporrated natural wood and live edges. The tile floor was a little slippery coming in from the rain the day I was there. The staff were friendly and the service was good. I enjoyed my ramen bowl with filet mignon. It had an ample plate of bean sprouts and Thai basil with two slices of jalapeno. My companion had a rice plate and she enjoyed her meal. My only complaint about Ramen Cubed is that they have no condiments on the tables making you request them and when I wanted some chili oil for my ramen bowl they charged me $2.00 for a little plastic side serving that contained, maybe a fat teaspoon. On this outing that boosted the price of my ramen bowl from $27 to $29. This price point might be okay if it was not a spartan ramen bar with little atmosphere, more comfortable seating and a longer dining experience but it's too high for just a good bowl of soup at a Japanese lunch counter and that $2 addition soured my opinion
