WOW! Ramen Cubed is a top of the line, first class, fine dining experience you don’t want to miss. If you are in Willits; or driving North or South on Hwy 101 pull off in Willits and treat yourself to some extremly delicious Ramen prepared with the best ingredients and served with a gourmet Japanese flair.. i ordered Vegan Tonkotsu and it seriously had my tastebuds in seventh heaven. Great ramen! It was a bit slow since they had an unexpected rush of customers. We arrived after most and waited a while. Totally worth the wait though! We both had the tonkatsu ramen and it was spicy and amazing.
We just happened to stop by on our road trip and it was SO worth the detour off the main road. The ramen looked delicious but we opted for tapas fillet & tuna for better eating in the car and they did not disappoint! The inside is a vibe& they cook everything in front of you. Super clean place, great atmosphere. Will be making the stop here again on our next trip!
