My son and I have been going to the bistro for about 8 years and we’ve never had an off meal, complete tastebud satisfaction every time ?. Pricing is very fair, service is great, and space is clean and inviting. I hope everyone that has a chance to go does, as they won’t be disappointed.

A hidden gem in Willits, CA with great food, friendly staff & very charming decor with fun art from the owner. A great husband and wife team! We were passing through the area on our way home to the Bay Area. We stumbled upon this gem & had a delicious, relaxing dinner-enjoying the music & art on the wall. Great job, we’ll be back the next time we’re passing through. Thank you for a great dining experience.

We have been to France and other European countries many times and we found the food at Roland’s Bistro to be every bit as good. This bistro is a small restaurant in a strip mall that is an absolute treasure. We had the chicken piccata, and it was wonderful. We have been away from home, traveling, for 5 weeks, and we thought this was the best meal of the whole trip. The service was exceptionally friendly and our food came at a timely pace. We sure recommend Roland’s.

Very good local food though portions a bit small in some cases, fantastic oysters rockerfeller, great service most of the time, if not all the time. One of the better places to eat in Willets and worth it to try.

Best services, best lavender lemonade and food. Got the steak sandwich and it was amazing. The fries were so so fresh and great and I’m picky about my coleslaw and theirs were one of the best I have ever had. We WILL be going back. Thank you!!
