Dough tasted like it had been frozen, got the order wrong - had to o wait for another 15+ minutes for the second pizza (first one took 25 minutes) and it was still wrong. Garlic was not freshly chopped and tasted bitter. It’s one s as bd done for me.
Pizza was burnt and cold. Caesar salad had no dressing. Wings had no dressing. When discussed with "Jennifer" she told me to take it up with Door Dash. Door dash didn't burn my pizza and royally mess up my order. Very disappointed. Never again.
We visited Saturday evening, with a group of 12. Right after we placed our large order, the kitchen had an equipment malfunction, which resulted in a delay. The staff frantically worked to fix the problem and got our order out soon after. They were extremely apologetic, and offered complimentary beverages. When we were done, they thanked us for being patient, and gave us a desert too! We'll be back.

The restaurant also offers a solid salad bar with many different salad toppings and gluten-free options. It has a kid-friendly atmosphere with lots of choices for children, including a good selection of toppings for pizzas and reasonable prices for kids' meals. Additionally, Slam Dunk Pizza is easily accessible, with excellent wheelchair access through a sidewalk level door.
