My one year old and I have been traveling all day and I needed some warm milk before he went into full meltdown mode. I felt a little bad because I was coming in like 10 mins before they shut down but with a 2 hour drive ahead of us I NEEDED some warm milk. The barista asked me how much milk I needed when he saw me holding a bottle and even cared enough to ask me what temperature it should be at. The girl was slow as molasses on a freezing day. She also rinsed the tea shaker and then dumped it in the sanitizer and made my 2 drinks before it was dry or rinsed, she gave me sanitized tea basically. When I asked if she was going to rinse the shaker she smirked and said do you want me to dump the contents out and rinse it?
THANKS BUT NO THANKS Sophie. I won't ever be back. 1st time at Starbucks in years.
**Brewed Awakening is a far better choice.
