This is the 5th year that I've came by here with my children to go to the children's indoor playground area, only to find it closed! WHY CAN'T YOU TAKE THE EQUIPMENT OUT, SO ITS NOT SHOWING TO FAMILIES PASSING BY? ITS NOT FAIR TO KIDS TO BE TEASED with an indoor playground and not have it opened. Its false advertisement and straight bs!

I guess I don't get out much to fast food, but I was put off by not being able to place my order with an employee, but instead being directed to screens/kiosks to place my order. I didn't really want to have to learn and explore their online order experience, and though the staff kindly offered to step me through it, it felt as if I had to have a less pleasing experience to make it more convenient for the restaurant/staff (fewer staff required?). There was nobody else in the restaurant, and two staff out front, so they had plenty of time/availability to take my order, but no means. The one remaining open section of counter at the front was adjacent to some sort of (slushy?) drink dispenser and had a mess of spilled liquid on the counter, which was kind of distasteful. Maybe one of the available staff could have noticed it and kept it clean? My food (burger) was fine.

The food was good, the place was slow. When I got there we had to order on these big tablet like things and then tell the person working there our number and it was a little awkward cause the lady went to talk to her co worker and we were standing there for her to come back so we could pay with cash. The playground thing was also closed but it's no biggie.
Emma and her team did a great job we were served hot fresh food and they were all so nice store was clean bathrooms were cleaned and stocked good job willows
Whoever is working kitchen right now is kicking ass! The young blonde at the window had outstanding customer service.

Horrible place, got my order wrong in so many ways. Gave me 2 sodas when i ordered 4 made my order take out when I asked for dine in and didn’t add any of the extra things I paid for in the burgers. Nasty and uncared for environment, they had ants all over the place.
