I guess I don't get out much to fast food, but I was put off by not being able to place my order with an employee, but instead being directed to screens/kiosks to place my order. I didn't really want to have to learn and explore their online order experience, and though the staff kindly offered to step me through it, it felt as if I had to have a less pleasing experience to make it more convenient for the restaurant/staff (fewer staff required?). There was nobody else in the restaurant, and two staff out front, so they had plenty of time/availability to take my order, but no means. The one remaining open section of counter at the front was adjacent to some sort of (slushy?) drink dispenser and had a mess of spilled liquid on the counter, which was kind of distasteful. Maybe one of the available staff could have noticed it and kept it clean? My food (burger) was fine.

Been a while since I had my local bk I'm surprised it's not closed they hardly have any supplies and order is consistent wrong I can hear staff arguing inside food was cold

The food was good, the place was slow. When I got there we had to order on these big tablet like things and then tell the person working there our number and it was a little awkward cause the lady went to talk to her co worker and we were standing there for her to come back so we could pay with cash. The playground thing was also closed but it's no biggie.

Horrible place, got my order wrong in so many ways. Gave me 2 sodas when i ordered 4 made my order take out when I asked for dine in and didn’t add any of the extra things I paid for in the burgers. Nasty and uncared for environment, they had ants all over the place.

Don't waste your time on Burger King Willows. Seth in the drive through was awesome. Great kid. Food was awful. They were out of everything that I wanted, as always. Please hire someone that can order what they need. They are ALWAYS out of everything.

Literally the worst Burger King we ever went to. Couldn’t even get a simple cheeseburger order correct and the soda machine was broken but they didn’t tell us. We asked for a refund and the money was begrudgingly thrown at us.

Is Burger King is always out of something how are you going to be a burger place and not have fries or hash browns never have dipping sauces don't try to go in and pay with a debit card cuz apparently they can't use their credit card machine unless you go through the drive-thru the girl in the kitchen touches her face with gloves on and makes the food horrible worst Burger King I have ever been to
