The menu sounded great! Got there at 4:07 on Saturday after my son won championship football and we were celebrating with good food, we waited 1 hr and we were the first people in the door, and no one took our order! We were there one hour and they started to take the people that got in 10 min after us! Wish my toddler had patience to wait that long to try the food because it sounded good, horrible service!

We arrived at the restaurant at 4 pm after my son's football game and were the first customers to be seated. Soon after, several other customers came in to dine as well. We placed our drink orders and noticed that everyone else's orders were being taken, which was understandable. However, after 30 minutes, we had still not been able to place our food order, and we observed that other customers who had arrived after us were having their orders taken. This oversight was concerning to us, as it made us feel neglected and disregarded. Such instances can negatively impact a business's reputation and customer satisfaction.

An excellent addition to the willows food scene. We had mango salad, pumpkin curry and drunken noodles. The food was great and look forward to being back!

I’m going to give credit where it’s due. There staff is so nice. I told the lady that took my order the second time I ever tried this place that they are pricey but you pay the price for good food that’s how u know it’s good. I have no problem paying for good food. The restaurant is so Beautiful on the inside. I order once a week and I have never got a bad dish. If I can give them more then 5 stars I would because they really deserve it if you ever see a bad comment on your do not believe it until you try this place for our self I promise you won’t be disappointed thank you guys and lady’s for the great service ??

I just returned from Thailand and moved to local area Chico. I had Red 88 Beef Pho. It was same as food I had in Thailand. There are 4 sauces on the table; they are there for you to decide your flavors. I use them all. First, a small spoon dash of the green (not spicy) house garlic sauce adds great flavor. For spice add chili sauce. The hottest is the red pepper sauce. For sweet and spice add some sweet Hoisin sauce. Add sauces to your desire. When finished I had zero (0) lingering burn in my mouth. Perfect.
