Thankful the place wasn’t packed as we stopped on our interstate journey. It usually takes about 15 minutes for most of our SBUX traveling stops. I think we were out there in about 5 minutes this time.
Staff were pleasant with holiday greetings and drink were delivered very quickly.

I was at this Starbucks and saw a bar employee speak very rudely to a woman who was politely asking about her coffee because everyone else had received their orders except her. He ignored her and then replied aggressively when she asked again. I asked him not to speak to her that way, as she remained kind the entire time.
I had to step in, I can’t tolerate mistreatment and stay silent. The woman respectfully asked for the manager, and he said he was the manager. I don’t understand how someone so aggressive can be in that position.
Btw, my husband was disappointed because the Americano I bought for him was basically just a splash of coffee, one of the worst Americanos he ever had. He said!

A smaller location with efficient staff. It's not too far off the interstate, so if you need a quick stop it should fit the bill just like most SB locations.

Overall very disappointed in this location. I go to Starbucks as a regular pit stop on trips because restrooms are usually clean and drinks are consistent across locations. This location has a disgusting restroom and my drink, an iced coffee, was not good at all.

If I could give zero stars I would. I arrive 2 minutes after I placed my order it said it would be ready within 3 minutes. I get to the winco and the lady cussed at me, asking if I had my app that I needed my app to look the time it takes to make the order. And said maybe next time give us time to make the damn order and slammed the window. Very disrespectful young lady. ( when it was handed out the window as soon as she was done cussing at me)
