If I could give zero stars I would. I arrive 2 minutes after I placed my order it said it would be ready within 3 minutes. I get to the winco and the lady cussed at me, asking if I had my app that I needed my app to look the time it takes to make the order. And said maybe next time give us time to make the damn order and slammed the window. Very disrespectful young lady. ( when it was handed out the window as soon as she was done cussing at me)

Walked over from our hotel. We were greeted by two friendly baristas. We took them up on their suggested drinks and got a good recommendation for dinner. Excellent service and friendly staff!

Every time I go there (almost daily) I get greeted and great service and always leave with a smile. Today topped it though when my favorite barista left a message on my sandwich. I've not seen that in over a year of going there. Keep up the good work, from your daily CRISPY patron.

The male server is really rude and did not follow the instructions. I always used the same menu in all Starbucks stores, and can get the same drink, however, he firstly told me he could not do and then gave me the disqualified drink and then said he should charge for latte’s price.

How does Starbucks hire such a rude and disrespectful person as the server? Did you have the SOP for hiring someone?

My husband and I were here for breakfast around 6am and were so surprised at how bad of service we received, we have been to ALOT of Starbucks and have never received this bad of service, all 3 staff that were there were all standing and on their phones when we walked in and completely ignored us, even when I walked up to the register the guy who took my order still didn’t greet me, so I just gave him my order, waited for my order and left.
I came back again same day, at 6pm and there was another 3 different staff, complete different experience! They all greeted us and were so friendly with us!
I felt welcome by all 3 employees.

😡 filled the cup to the brink and didn't put the lid on tight, so when I took the cup, it opened and spilled scalding coffee on my hands. Server was unconcerned. Had to ask for ice and had to ice it all day! Order with room for cream or a grande in a venti cup.

Ordered with extra shot and added and paid for whipped cream. Then they forgot both? She was nice and had them actually add my extras. Third time in a row that I paid for extras and didn't receive them. 7.50 for a coffee and then to not provide what I paid for. How mich money does Starbucks make ripping off their customers. Very disappointing.
