My husband and I were here for breakfast around 6am and were so surprised at how bad of service we received, we have been to ALOT of Starbucks and have never received this bad of service, all 3 staff that were there were all standing and on their phones when we walked in and completely ignored us, even when I walked up to the register the guy who took my order still didn’t greet me, so I just gave him my order, waited for my order and left.

😡 filled the cup to the brink and didn't put the lid on tight, so when I took the cup, it opened and spilled scalding coffee on my hands. Server was unconcerned. Had to ask for ice and had to ice it all day! Order with room for cream or a grande in a venti cup.

Filthiest bathrooms (both) I've ever seen in a Starbucks. Shocking. Awful. Staff was friendly & pleasant. Our Grande lattes were Tall with a huge layer of foam, tasty but disappointingly small.
