The girl at the register was named Sheila. I work in customer service and I would never treat my customers with disrespect. Right when we came in she was just being snobby and disrespectful. I love the food here but the way she was talking wasn't right.

Arrived about 8 minutes before closing and staff stayed past closing making our order, really appreciate them staying open for us. The young girl making the subs was excellent and very friendly. Nice new menu, the subs were great.
Food is always good here BUT today was by far so good so tasty so yummy

It was a good sub..they don't except cash tho. They only ecept card payment due to covid.

I ordered a sandwich and paid for it online but when I arrived realized the quality of the meat I had chosen was not desirable, so I asked to have the sandwich remade. I was told that I would have to pay for a second sandwich and take the one I had paid for previously. I said fine make the second sandwich and I will pay for it. After having the sandwich made (I had brought cash in case of something like this and not my card) I was told that they do not accept cash in any form. After getting a manager it was decided that they would go ahead and give me the one I had made as replacement for the one with subpar meat.The fact that this wasn't automatically done is beyond me, and no cash accepted system may be illegal. I was told they would not accept the same legal tender for purchase they advertise using, which is dollar amounts.

People there not so friendly, asked about what is good and got answer 'all good'. I order a small 6" sandwich and got alert immediately that they only accept credit card, no cash. I said I had card. Maybe I look dirty from motorcycle riding and didn't look like I have credit card. lol
