I ordered four meals. I was asked multiple times if I would like sauce and napkins. I was asked right before receiving my food if I want sauce and napkins. I responded yes. After I left and check my food I only had one packet of sauce and no napkins. Not cool!!

My son ordered the rice and black beans with a side of chips. You can't order the side of chips on their touch screen, so we waited for a person to take his order at the counter. He couldn't figure out how to order just a side of chips, and instead of the rice and black beans, he ordered a cheesy rice and bean burrito for my son. When I went to get it corrected, they gave my son a leftover bowl of crusty rice and dried beans. I asked them for a fresh one, please, and got a steaming bowl of black beans! Great, but they left off the rice. My young son was so irritated at this point that we didn't ask them to fix it any more.

We stopped for a quick dinner here on our way back up north. We ordered on the app and got quite a bit of food for just the two of us. Our order was ready super fast. The staff I interacted with were friendly and professional. As for the food, it was probably one of the better Taco Bell locations I've eaten at. The food was fresh, nothing was missing from our order. I'm glad I didn't listen to the negative reviews.

Terrible location, took over 25 mins in line with only 3 cars in front of me while more than 10 piled behind me, uses a very BAD A.I. to take your order in drive through, it’s super inconsistent and can’t hear even when spoken to correctly, they made the food messy and dumped my fries in the bag, all I could hear was them laughing and playing when they took my money, trash store, trash employees

Couldn't get anybody to take our order. They wanted us to use the touch screen So we left. I probably will never be back. If there's a touch screen to order.
They said that they were busy but I saw 1 car in the driveway and we were the only ones in the store

I go here frequently and they frequently miss multiple items and do not give receipts automatically. Always ask for a receipt and count your items. Food is fine but orders are very frequently missing items.
