Sandra was hands-down the highlight of our visit. From the moment we sat down, she was quick, attentive, and incredibly friendly. You can tell she genuinely enjoys what she does—she made us feel welcome and taken care of without ever being overbearing. She got everything right, kept our drinks full, and somehow managed to make everyone around her smile. Honestly, we’d come back just to see her again. Every diner needs a Sandra!

All Black Bear Diners are great. My husband has a weakness for their pancakes. That's what he ate for dinner!
I called to place an order in the Willow's location at 8:15 pm on Tuesday September 16th 2025. The website said it was open until 9:00pm. I called to place my small order & nobody answered the phone. I let it ring as I know they get busy. Nothing!! I hung up, thinking I'll wait a few minutes, I waited, called back still no answer. So I'm assuming they have closed early & got the hell outta there. Kinda sad you don't stick to the hours of business that YOUR business made. Yes I'm hangry!!!
