Just left the drive-thru lane, we were the only customers. Brisa was getting irritated over the slightest things when we were figuring out what to order. Responding short to us changing our mind on a few things. We asked if they could please replace our drink since it tasted off, and once we received our order, they immediately closed the window and walked away seemingly very annoyed. Sucks to get trash customer service.

$15 for a single western bacon burger small fry. The bacon was literally cold to the touch the french fries had Criss cut fries in it as well as a couple small pieces of regular fries and then I found a part of a hamburger in there. Disgusting!

One of the workers Alex went into the bathroom used the toilet, not the urinal, flushed. He did not use the sink and walked out and started taking orders. Failure to wash hands after using the bathroom. I do not want some stomach bug from somebody who doesn’t wash his hands after using the toilet.
