One of the workers Alex went into the bathroom used the toilet, not the urinal, flushed. He did not use the sink and walked out and started taking orders. Failure to wash hands after using the bathroom. I do not want some stomach bug from somebody who doesn’t wash his hands after using the toilet.

Burgers never disappoint. French Fries were hot, fresh and crispy.
We showed up at 10:53 Pigem and was told him no longer had bacon Swiss because they forgot to thaw out the chicken and this is not the first time this happened. I’m just wondering why they are not prepared for service if they are open to four in the morning.

Ordered hashbrowns and got a vat of oil with them. They literally did not let them drain at all. The bag was totally dripping oil so badly the bag gave way, dumping the hashbrowns to the ground. This will definitely help as a deterrent from eating unhealthy. Thanks, I guess?

I rarely post for these things but yoo... November 9, 2024. Just finished my morning shift at work and felt like going to Carls. Whoever is working that afternoon (2pm) shift put some love in the prep of my meal. Fries stayed crispy all the way through but, just a bit too salty which i'm fine with. The double western just felt properly layered and stacked evenly. Overall, if some how, that team that works afternoon is on top like that? That's some great service through the evening.

Almost 17 dollars for a Western Bacon Combo. You get stale cold fries , a watered down drink and a sloppy burger. Yea good luck with this franchise Mr or Mrs owner.
