I can only account for my experience and my first time use at this location was through DoorDash. I was passing through. I’m a truck driver and I order cold Stone creamery every now and then it’s never brought to me with any real toppings in the ice cream. it doesn’t sometimes taste well Even the waffle bowl sometimes taste stale or uncooked at other locations but at this location it was the best that I’ve ever ordered through DoorDash. It had a lot of toppings it was mixed in well the waffle was cooked wasn’t too thick and actually taste very well. I enjoyed my entire Create your own in waffle bowl. I always order to love it and when I come back through again, I will definitely be using this location for my cold stone thank you guys much success and prosperity.
Very attentive to the white folks, the second it was our turn, they all dispersed and ignored us. Body language changed from smiles to attitude immediately. A little advice, don't mumble under your breath, I can hear you.
Our go to location -but DON'T order ahead for takeout or delivery. They consistently give us just the base ice cream with no mix-ins even if it is one of their creations you order. So very disappointing. Go in and order it you want to make sure you get what you actually want.
Ordered our cake 24hrs in advance and the store confirmed the order, which was two cakes, one for me niece and one for my son and they only had one ready by pick up, the other they asked us to come back for in 30 min to an hour, when we went to cut it it was all melted, versus the other was fine. My son's cake was ruined.

No seating, no trash can. The only seating belongs to Starbucks outside and the only trash cans are the ones outside of Starbucks and Subway. Employees don’t pay attention, messed up two out of four orders. Won’t be back to this location.
Great ice cream! I’m just so confused how a business can have people pay $10+ dollars per ice cream (a family of 4 you aren’t getting out of there for less then $30), and then they have no tables or chairs to eat the ice cream? We came in recently and ordered our ice cream, to turn around and be surprised there were zero places to sit? So weird. We won’t be coming back which is a bummer because the ice cream was great.
Staff was very nice but this tiny portion for nearly $5?! Yikes too expensive

For concerns for health and safety, California instituted a state wide mandate for people to wear masks regardless of vaccination status on December 15th. Imagine my surprise when I walk into Coldstones to find an unmasked worker talking over the ice cream he is serving and scooping. I had to disappoint my children and walk out because your employee and store were not adhering to policy. As a food service worker, there are health and safety protocols that need to be enforced, and mask wearing needs to be at the top of the list right now. Please have your stores and employees follow protocol and policy for the health and well being of the community.
If you go inside and order in person -they are so nice and helpful. The Ice Cream is amazing. However, if you order on line for pick up or delivery- the website changes Oreo Ice Cream or 2 Oreo Cookies! I recommend going in the store to order.

We parked in front of the store attempting to place the order through the all. Then tried online. It was a large order. After about 20-30 minutes of waiting in the parking lot for the ice cream, they called to let us know they were ready.These pictures are basically the exact same product we received. Immediately upon seeing the ice creams melted like this, we went back into the store requesting to work with them to fix it. Maybe they could fix the ice cream right away. Or give us a refund.We handed them the ice cream and waited. They came back out and denied us a refund. They gave the ice cream back and gave us a card to call the manager.The call with the manager was such a frustrating experience. He was asking where was the ice cream when we got it. Explaining how ice cream works and why it melted so fast. He kept trying to make a point and we just wanted this problem fixed.I am giving 2 stars because he actually ended up saying he'd give us a new batch of ice cream when it was convenient for him. But we were sick and unable to make it. I asked if we could do it another time. He has yet to respond.We used to come here a lot before. Very unhappy with the way this turned out.
I recommend downloading the app. You can save money for sure and they have good deals!!!
Seems like my order always gets messed up , they're always in a hurry to get to the next customer they forget just to finish my order !
