Ordered our cake 24hrs in advance and the store confirmed the order, which was two cakes, one for me niece and one for my son and they only had one ready by pick up, the other they asked us to come back for in 30 min to an hour, when we went to cut it it was all melted, versus the other was fine. My son's cake was ruined.

No seating, no trash can. The only seating belongs to Starbucks outside and the only trash cans are the ones outside of Starbucks and Subway. Employees don’t pay attention, messed up two out of four orders. Won’t be back to this location.

But really, ZERO stars. This was the worst experience ever. You walked in and the store just felt depressing. Not to mention, Taylor was so disrespectful and had such an unpleasant attitude. We were greeted by her blank stare and a 'what do you want'. I was so thrown off by her depressed vibes she was giving off. I get if you are unhappy but don't bring it to work with you and kill your customers spirits. They were out of the Barbie Shake but Taylor was so "kind" (not) to offer an alternative or anything else Barbie related (we had just seen two customers ahead of us who had ordered and received a pink shake). We give our order and as we stood there, she is making us feel uncomfortable while she's degrading her coworker for having long hair which apparently is why he can not hear her. She then yells at him to make our 2nd order as if that solved the not hearing problem. It was just an unpleasant experience and I wanted to get out of there as soon as possible. Poor Christian was just trying to finish our 2nd order but it was very sloppily made that it started melting everywhere and made a huge mess. We paid and left the store and threw our ice cream out. I did not notice a manager overseeing the place but I'm sure it wouldn't have mattered and they would have not made anything any better. Avoid this location if are in a good mood at all costs. Cold Stone is already overpriced ice cream so I would assume they would do a better job selecting who works there. Please hire people with good energy and who are charismatic and get rid of the 'Taylor's' who are rude and condescending to coworkers. Those people are killing your store morale and will not lead your store to any type of success.

The owner, Micheal is extremely rude. Not just to his guests but to his staff. My young daughter worked there for a very short time and he raised his voice to her and was demeaning. I see other people have written poor reviews as well over poor service. This sort of behavior trickles down and is a direct result of poor management. I will never visit this cold stone again just on principle. I would not treat anyone this way let alone an employee of mine or patrons of my ice cream parlor. BAD FORM Micheal.

Great ice cream! I’m just so confused how a business can have people pay $10+ dollars per ice cream (a family of 4 you aren’t getting out of there for less then $30), and then they have no tables or chairs to eat the ice cream? We came in recently and ordered our ice cream, to turn around and be surprised there were zero places to sit? So weird. We won’t be coming back which is a bummer because the ice cream was great.

Workers not only handle your ice cream without gloves, but they openly touch the cones with their naked raw hands. Napkins are not used at all. Highly unsanitary for cold, flu, and COVID-19 season. Will go elsewhere for ice cream.

I would not recommend coming to this cold stone. Service was subpar, and management is clearly lacking. They also do not honor any cold stone coupons even though they are technically a cold stone themselves. I would suggest the temecula cold stone as l've never had issues there and the service is great.

if i could give 0 stars i would, customer service is terrible. they don't welcome you in and barley say a word to you because that all have headphones in. it was ridiculous and last time i'm going in there.

CAKE BATTER With Sprinkles & a Mud Pie Mojo are literally my favorite ice cream mixes ! I'm always greeted by friendly staff . Literally my go to ice cream spot !

For concerns for health and safety, California instituted a state wide mandate for people to wear masks regardless of vaccination status on December 15th. Imagine my surprise when I walk into Coldstones to find an unmasked worker talking over the ice cream he is serving and scooping. I had to disappoint my children and walk out because your employee and store were not adhering to policy. As a food service worker, there are health and safety protocols that need to be enforced, and mask wearing needs to be at the top of the list right now. Please have your stores and employees follow protocol and policy for the health and well being of the community.

If you go inside and order in person -they are so nice and helpful. The Ice Cream is amazing. However, if you order on line for pick up or delivery- the website changes Oreo Ice Cream or 2 Oreo Cookies! I recommend going in the store to order.

We parked in front of the store attempting to place the order through the all. Then tried online. It was a large order. After about 20-30 minutes of waiting in the parking lot for the ice cream, they called to let us know they were ready.These pictures are basically the exact same product we received. Immediately upon seeing the ice creams melted like this, we went back into the store requesting to work with them to fix it. Maybe they could fix the ice cream right away. Or give us a refund.We handed them the ice cream and waited. They came back out and denied us a refund. They gave the ice cream back and gave us a card to call the manager.The call with the manager was such a frustrating experience. He was asking where was the ice cream when we got it. Explaining how ice cream works and why it melted so fast. He kept trying to make a point and we just wanted this problem fixed.I am giving 2 stars because he actually ended up saying he'd give us a new batch of ice cream when it was convenient for him. But we were sick and unable to make it. I asked if we could do it another time. He has yet to respond.We used to come here a lot before. Very unhappy with the way this turned out.

Gotta love Cold Stone! If you're like me and suffer from a sweet tooth, then you might just love Cold Stone as much as I do! If you have never tried Cold Stone before, then you're in for a treat! They are not your normal ice cream parlor. They mix ice cream with different items of your choice to make a frozen gooey treat. You can either pick your own toppings to mix, or they have their signature choices.
