On August 21 around 11:53 AM, I had the pleasure of being helped by Collean at the El Pollo Loco on Winchester Road in Winchester, California. We ordered one double chicken tostada combo, one guacamole burrito, two chicken avocado tacos, and one crunchy chicken taco. Our order was taking a little longer than expected, but Collean noticed right away and went above and beyond by giving me two hot, fresh churros while we waited. It was such a thoughtful gesture and really brightened...
I come here all the time out of convenience, especially after the gym. Employees are very nice; however, my order is either missing something or is wrong 50% of the time. Unfortunately this has made me “that guy” that checks my entire order before leaving their drive-thru window due to their incompetency. Sorry in advance for those having to wait a little longer behind me.
