Came here to request a custom sandwich to be made, the employee gladly put my bread in the oven over forty times. Just like how I always get it at other stores. The bread came out on fire and then he gladly put on some mayonnaise all on it all while the fire alarm went off and the bread was basically hot boxing the Jersey Mike's. I highly recommend this place, they are amazing.
Ordered a Mike's Hot Honey Chicken Cheese Steak. I went to pick it up and and when I got home I noticed they forgot to add the pepperoni to my sandwich. I also had to ask for my drink cup and the individual also forgot to add my chips in the bag. I had to ask one of the guys if I can grab my chips and he asked if it was not in the bag and I said no. He apologized for it.
Never had Jersey Mikes before, but first time was a couple days ago. Ever since then my wife and I have gone 3-4 times. One of our favorite spots in the French Valley area.
Sandwiches are really good and the staff is super nice. We brought our 3 daughters inside one time and the guy who helped us (wish I got his name, chill Asian guy) gave them each a cookie(:
Place is great, definitely going to be on our families regular lunch/dinner rotation.
