Literally so slow and there's hardly enough people working, the food is always so cold and tasting old. It took 30 minutes for us to receive our food in curbside and 45 minutes in the drive through. I feel so bad for those who work with whoever is managing this place.

It's ridiculous how much it cost to get a cheap thin Patty burger and fries. Thanks a lot Governor Newsom for making everybody have 20 bucks there so it marks the food up for us.

Well this McDonald's is an absolute disappointment I won't even go into the main details just simply put you can't get refills on your soda this might sound ridiculous to them or other people but come on why do we have to beg for a refill we might as well as just go to good old Jack in the box horrible horrible horrible manager said I'm sorry we just have to charge you for another drink whether it's franchise or corporate they should still continue to serve free refills and while it may be more money in their pocket to not have more customer service in other words people that are alive in the front do you still have to take care of the customer cuz customers have to come first I hope the real people from McDonald's are listening pretty much lost me forever from any McDonald's

I've always had a pleasant experience whenever I visit this location. Customer service is great and friendly staff that greet you with a smile. I personally just dislike the emphasis that they placed for drive thru now as it has made line long at times, especially when they ask you to park in front of the store now as you wait for your order so they can shorten their line, even if it's something as simple as a single order of a mocha frappe.

I don't see why this has 3.2 stars. It is fine. the McDonald ice cream machine worked and I got a mcflurry. The only problem they didn't put m and Ms in my flurry so I asked for more candy and they served it. The burger and fries taste good too
