The girl who was here today 2/12/26 at 5:30 am was on it. Had breakfast ready quick and nice and hot . I got to say best experience overall. Great communication skills and great service. Don’t see her name on the receipt but thanks!

I’ve tried to give this McDonald’s location multiple chances, but three times in a row I’ve had the exact same problem. I order curbside pickup, check in, and then wait more than 20 minutes with no one bringing the order out. When I try to call the store, the phone message says the mailbox is full, so there’s no way to reach anyone.
Each time I finally go inside, it still takes another 10–20 minutes before I actually get my food. At that point, the purpose of curbside pickup is completely gone.
Honestly, this is extremely frustrating and shows a serious problem with customer service and order management. I hope the store can fix these issues, because it shouldn’t take 30–40 minutes just to receive a curbside order.

First we went to a different McDonald's and they had No fries and NO happy meals for kids so we drove up the street for this McDonald's. Ordered the food and sat inside eating with my family. The tables and chairs were dirty and when I went up to the front to ask for a refill for my drink the lady proceeded to tell me they don't do refills. I was like excuse me.....since when can you not get a refill I would understand if I went threw the drive thru and came inside trying g to get one but I sat down inside to eat. DONT WASTE TIME GOING TO THIS ONE IF TOU WANT TO EAT INSIDE.

They didn't give sauce to the combo I ordered, and they didn't give milk to the kid's meal, but they were unfriendly and they said they couldn't even give milk... I ordered online... It was slower than the person who ordered at the store, and even if 4 teams came out, I ordered it. When I asked if it wasn't it, it was a very disappointing and unfriendly store that just waited. i will never go here again 👎👎👎👎👎

New McDonalds. Kinda slow getting food. I only do breakfast at McDonalds and it was good and warm.
Stop buy to dine in and do some work while I eat. The food came out fast which was nice. But the fries were kinda old and barely warm. The mcrib was dry and not very hot at all. I tried to talk to someone but no one really works the front counter anymore! Plus when someone does come out to the from is a young kids with attitude when you ask them a question. So when I finished I when to get a refill and the kid told me we don't do that anymore. So tell me why I go here again! Bad food, service with and attitude, and bad atmosphere. Sorry McDonald's but I will not be spending my money here anymore.

My first order looked like it was messed with or perhaps left out and reheated so my pancakes were rock hard but I called the manager I believe it was Julie or Melissa and they apologized and were able to give me a new order the next day. I was also helped out by Jocelyn and they were able to turn around my experience. Thank you. Also thank you to one of the nice gentlemen at the drive thru window, I didn’t catch his name but he was very bubbly and sweet.
