It is unbelievable how often people get stereotyped and treated at fast food places. Me and a group of 3 which includes friends and siblings were just eating at this McDonald’s. Keep in mind that 2 of us are high school graduates and the other 2 are our siblings who are freshman in high school. We were just minding our business and playing games as we finished our food, and some random kids come along and throw racial stereotypes and insults at us. Yet, we choose to ignore them and continue our conversation. We were then rudely kicked out by a manager named melinda. She associated us with the random biker kids and told all of us to leave in an extremely rude tone. It was also without a warning and just because we “were not eating ” and “they don’t deal with kids”. We are not little kids and we’re not being disruptive. However we politely left and went to our cars. Yet, not even after we walked out, another worker had followed us to take a picture of us. Truly I have never been in more disbelief and shock at how we were treated. They truly shocked me as we were not mere kids that couldn’t behave in a restaurant.

The people were so rude and we didn’t do anything and she kicked us out for doing nothing, her name is Melinda and she is the manager, We kindly left then they sent someone out to take a photo of us. We literally didn’t anything to them we were just sitting down and eating.

Not sure if this is normal? I asked for two sides of Mac sauce for my sons nugget meal and was given this Mac sauce in a nugget box instead of the little white plastic containers or at least a cup,

I went in to eat my happy meal and it was not served in a box I asked for a 6 piece and it came out as a 4 piece, when I was looking for a place to sit every where was dirty so I had to eat in my car. After that meal my stomach hurt and I thought I had food poisoning, because my stomach hurt I went to the bathroom the bathroom was covered in toilet paper and disgusting pee all over the ground. While I was walking to get out of that disgusting place I was about to slip because the floor was wet with no sight of a sign of wet floor. NEVER GO THDI THIS DISGUSTING PLACE 1 STAR.

McDonald’s employees have to do better workers manager it was 8:45 they closed the lobby at 9 they let American people in but the worker was racist as I am African american just by the skin color he would not let me in I went to the drive thru even the drive thru order taker ordered ranch sauce they gave me barbecue instead I also ordered a McFlurry and fries fries came out cold and not well seasoned McFlurry was not served well this McDonald’s has the worst employes and service ever they need to step up their game.

I went to try going in and they let white people in a minute ago and not me because they said i am too black so we had to go through the drive through and it was 8:45 and no one opened it they just said that so I went to the drive through thru and they did not serve my McFlurry right and was melted and no spoon , my fries were cold and unseasoned and I only got three chicken nuggets when it said 4 peace

They take forever whether they are busy or not, just to deliver room temperature poor quality food. I thought it was just working out a new location, but they have been consistently bad since they’ve opened. Very unwelcoming environment on the inside and horrible drive through management skills. This place makes any Burger King look like a 5 star restaurant.

I’m not even here for my own food, but the pick up was scheduled to be done 803 and I’m barely getting it almost at 8:30. Also, no one seemed like they wanted to help me. No sense of urgency. glad I never ordered from here.

Sandwich was cold, hash browns were colder. I asked for extra Carmel in my ☕️ coffee. Got barely any Carmel in my coffee. I've be to this McDonald's 2 times both times the food is disappointing. I won't be back. The only thing consistent with the place is its consistency inconsistent!

Literally so slow and there's hardly enough people working, the food is always so cold and tasting old. It took 30 minutes for us to receive our food in curbside and 45 minutes in the drive through. I feel so bad for those who work with whoever is managing this place.
