Well, well, well.... what a pleasant surprise. We live in Winchester and have driven past Ruben Rodriguez Bodegas y Viñedos a million times. Only 3.3 miles from our house. Who knew? On the right as you turn right on Auld Rd to go to the wineries. Beautiful winery, small and quaint with 360 degree views... we can practically see our house! Great selection of wines. Loved it! Thanks to Maryanne for making our first visit GREAT!

I personally saw this winery in the media posting, I made a reservation outside for 4 adults. That was my first mistake when we got there it was unbearably hot in the patio, I then asked the person who attended me , may we get a table inside instead, we ended up on the sofas , I did see that there was extra tables opened.
I don't understand why this particular worker was negative. We asked for wine tasting flights, and this worker (staff member) decided to serve out tasting glasses in a hurry like he/she wanted to get us to leave as soon as possible.
We still have wine in our glasses when he/she is ready to pour us another .
It was too fast that we really didn't enjoy the full flavors of the six wine tasting.
I'm very disappointed with that winery when they hire people like that to be a serve.
There is no respect for the consumering customers. This makes me not to visit again and I'll mention it to family and friends not to go there.
Hopefully, the head staff can fix this problem so it won't happen to other customers. Thank you for your understanding.

We made a reservation for our visitors during Mother’s Day and did not see any information about children being disallowed. We were turned away at the door due to this policy, which was not clear when making a reservation

Our favorite winery on our visit to Temecula. We very much enjoyed the white wines, starting with the sparklings. Our guide was very good and shared a lot about the wine, the property and the horses. We are equestrians, so the Andalusian horses were an added bonus for us. I recommend making a reservation and ordering the charcuterie plate.

Chuck Lyle

Enjoyed all the wines on the tasting and came home with a bottle.

Awesome experience at the Andalusian horse show and great red wines too.

I’ve been here twice with family who had a membership. The wine is good and the location is beautiful. I wanted to become a member myself but the people that work here are rude. We were at one of their events recently and it was very poorly run. We didn’t get anything for the price of the ticket that we couldn’t have received otherwise, it was a waste of money. We were treated like it was a burden that we were there. I asked for an extra glass (a plastic glass) for a tasting because the one I’d received was full and they snapped at us and refused. We left. I don’t think we’ll be going back.

I have been to this winery three times. Each time, we have had a lovely experience. My husband loves red wines. This is his new favorite place in Temecula Valley! I love their Cava and white wines. Our server, Maryanne, has consistently been amazing. She shared many fun facts and knowledge about the various wines. Also helpful are Danna and Ernie. Josh is a true pleasure as well. We will return because we enjoy the wine, as well as the phenomenal staff. Thank you!

Bring your friends here. As I frequent many of the local wineries, I find myself drawn back here. The atmosphere is Crisp & Relaxing. The Spanish wines are Decadent. As I love my Reds I am partial to the Estate Tempranillo Reserva 2018. The staff Really add to the experience of this winery. Maryanne was our server and she was so knowledgeable and engaging. Ernie & Danna were also great. You are well taken care of by everyone here. You will not feel lost in the crowd you will feel welcome. I Really had a Great time and will Definitely be back. If you get a chance to take a property tour with Joshua… Do It!! He is awesome…. So much fun.

Had a wonderful experience! The wines are amazing and the staff were so friendly and knowledgeable. A+ Spanish varietals!

Our server Maryanne was such a pleasure and the manager Ernie kept checking on us as well to make sure our experience was excellent!

The greeter (who later gave us a tour of the property) was such a delight as well!

Highly recommend for the wines, staff, beautiful location and relaxing tasting room!

I had a great experience at Raul Ramirez.
The staff was wonderful. I am not a big wine drinker. But the Manager Ernie did a great job explaining and serving me a wine I liked.
It’s a really great place to bring your Wife or girlfriend for a quiet relaxed experience.
I like the way they serve you at your table and you can just enjoy the surrounding and the staff.

Hate it! Absolutely REGRETTING my decision to sign up for this winery. Should have believed the reviews I read prior to visiting this place, which seem to have been blocked from public view because I don’t see them. Anywho…. Definitely stuffy and snooty staff who think way too much of themselves. Was treated extremely poorly by I think his name is Ernesto. This guy. I went in one weekend with my family and was reminded by the wait staff that our wine club order would be available for pick up the following weekend. Great, I thought. Later in the week I called in to confirm and was told yes it will be available. With that in mind my husband and I planned for a day date. Walked in and were completely blown off by that moron who confirmed we had an order available…. Twice!!! He practically yelled at me from across the kitchen. Then actually turned and walked away from me while I was asking him a question. Definitely do not recommend this place to anyone…. Especially if you are not blonde haired and blue eyed. Yes read that again. I didn’t want to believe it when it was mentioned in previous reviews but definitely true. Felt terrible to be treated so badly. Whats worse is that I have to keep paying for rude disrespectful service since I signed a one year contract. Never thought I would experience being treated like this. I can’t help but wonder why this happened. Luckily there are tons of other great wineries to choose from.

My wife and I had a pretty poor experience, sadly. My wife has been here about 3 weeks prior to when she and I went, and she had a decent time, but it was only because of the grounds and the wine. The staff was rather rude to her party, and made them feel like they needed to leave faster than they were. Like their money wasn't as good as others.

The time that my wife and I went over this last weekend, We had made a reservation for 11:00 a.m. on a Saturday, and when we got there, they told us that they were going to be very busy today, and the table that we reserved wasn't available, and the only place that they would sit us was in the waiting area on some couches. As if our reservation wasn't as important as the reservations that were later in the day.

What is the point of making a reservation if you do not honor the reservation?!! I've seen that episode of Seinfeld, it's a terrible practice.

My wife and I won't be going back.

However, the wine was still quite good. My wife brought home bottles of wine from her previous visit. So we did enjoy that. But if you want to try the wine, just go there and buy the wine and drink it somewhere else.
