Starbucks

Usually a regular here but lately they’ve been skimping out (not filling up my SF matcha latte to the brim and only filling up 75% with 5% being foam) and lacking in quality control. Better to just go to the one next to the Vista High School on Clinton Keith nowadays.

I stop by to buy a cup of pike place with a splash of cream and when I tried it it was cream with a splash of coffee. It was horrible absolutely disappointing I had to drive for an hour and wanted to enjoy a delicious cup of coffee on my way...people was great at the window but very disappointed with my order.

yall gave me a white chocolate mocha iced, i asked for a dubai chocolate mocha. i waited almost 20 minutes for what?? they took even longer to remake it and gave me dubai chocolate matcha. Like r yu serious?? i hate matcha.

Waited for nearly 20 minutes for two coffees no food. Store was not very busy but staff were talking and not making drinks.

Great place to enjoy some good coffee! Very chill and relaxed atmosphere! I will for sure be back.

I ordered an ice black coffee. It tasted like iced water with a splash of coffee for $6. I asked them to remake it and it was worse the second time. I didn’t even ask them to remake it again. If you’re going to charge $6 for a black coffee, at least make it taste like coffee. Starbucks is supposed to be a treat since it’s so expensive. I will never be back.

Slowest service location. I travel for business, been all over the country. Every location around this one is speedy. This one takes 5 times longer than any other location. I live near this one..won’t go there because I get a new surprise on even longer service times with each visit.

This place is amazing no mess. The customer service was amazing. I got there at 10:30 which is what time they close and and they got they took my order and serve it to me amazingly.

I ordered a tomato mozzarella sandwich, toasted bagel with cream cheese and a black coffee. No knife, no napkins, no stopper in the coffee, to prevent spills, and there were coffee grounds on the coffee lid. My wife and daughter love Starbucks so we will keep going just not to this particular one. This is the first time I have reviewed this Starbucks, but not the first time I have been disappointed. From wrong drink and food orders to asking for condiments and being assured they are in the bag and arriving home to nothing. Close to my house but not worth it.

Small things that made my day! Not sure who wrote this but I appreciate you! I’ve been to various starbucks God only knows how many times and this is honestly the first time I’ve had someone who works there write a message on my cup just cause. This was a couple of days ago! :) I’ll be back!

Poor Frappuccino quality. Long waiting time. Inaccurate order. bad service. Taste "different". Poor attitude. I never come back to this place.

They can't get mobile orders right unfortunately, I asked for a refill from Lily and she had to ask the manager to see if that was ok. After spraying the manager and making a refill of a brewed coffee it took 10 more minutes to make the test of my order. Sorry I came to this one.
