This place is amazing no mess. The customer service was amazing. I got there at 10:30 which is what time they close and and they got they took my order and serve it to me amazingly.

I ordered a tomato mozzarella sandwich, toasted bagel with cream cheese and a black coffee. No knife, no napkins, no stopper in the coffee, to prevent spills, and there were coffee grounds on the coffee lid. My wife and daughter love Starbucks so we will keep going just not to this particular one. This is the first time I have reviewed this Starbucks, but not the first time I have been disappointed. From wrong drink and food orders to asking for condiments and being assured they are in the bag and arriving home to nothing. Close to my house but not worth it.

Small things that made my day! Not sure who wrote this but I appreciate you! I’ve been to various starbucks God only knows how many times and this is honestly the first time I’ve had someone who works there write a message on my cup just cause. This was a couple of days ago! :) I’ll be back!

They can't get mobile orders right unfortunately, I asked for a refill from Lily and she had to ask the manager to see if that was ok. After spraying the manager and making a refill of a brewed coffee it took 10 more minutes to make the test of my order. Sorry I came to this one.

*Update (12/21)- received the BS generic response below, the same they post on every comment. It gets you no where.

I wish I could give negative stars... rude order taker... we got 3 kids hot chocolates and a Frappuccino... the hot chocolates were absolutely boiling... there was absolutely NO flavor, tasted like dirty water. We were clearly in their way of closing at 9:10pm when the sign says 10:30pm. The blonde mopping the floors had the most disgusting white chucks on.. like look like she was walking through a gutter. The most unfriendly Starbucks we have ever been to. Wish we would have read the previous comments before stopping, as $16 went into the trash. 🤞 we don't get sick.

I got an iced latte with almond milk and sugar free vanilla. I ordered through the app and picked it up through the drive thru. I was drinking my drink on the way to an appointment when my stomach got really upset. I look at the label on the drink and it said white chocolate mocha with 5 pumps of white mocha. I’m vegan and have a mild dairy allergy. It’s not the first time it’s happened at this location but I had to cancel my appointment due to upset stomach and vomiting.

On google and on the front door it says they close at 10:30pm We arrived around 9:15 placed our drink order and immediately the cashier let us know they closed in 10 mins, another customer walked in and they told her they would be closing and that they could take her order that she had “60 seconds to order and they can get her out” Sure enough we got our drinks and cashier went out her way to let us know that they were closed at 9:30 when on the website and anywhere online it says they close at 10:30 pm as well as on the front door of the establishment. No where does it say the lobby closes 1 hour before the time posted. At exactly 9:30pm 3 other customers are walking in and she is yelling from across the counter “ that they are closed that they can only order through the drive thru and that she was already trying to get these people out!” Someone needs to educate and teach this young lady who was extremely rude some customer service skills and corporate should have signs that the store closes early at 9:30pm and the drive thru stays open until 10:30pm so people are not driving over and having to deal with the unwelcoming attitude of this girl. The fact the she referred to us as these people and getting them out was extremely rude as we are picking up our baby and drinks to head out. I let her know that it was very rude of her to talk about us like that as we were already complying with leaving. She then tried to bicker back which is very unprofessional and she was non apologetic as we are walking out. I honestly rather drive further to the Clinton Keith location where they have amazing customer service.

Made it extremely hot, that I burned myself. But I asked to make it colder. Also they didn’t have any holders for cups and it was not possible to hold so hot coffee spilled and burned skin!!!

The staff is welcoming and the store itself is very clean. They don’t have much of a selection when it comes to tumblers/mugs/cups. This particular location seems to get busy often so ordering ahead is a good idea. About 70% of the time they will get my order wrong, but they do correct it.
