I normally go through the drive through to get my Starbucks. I frequently visit this Starbucks due to it being so close to home. Today I went in to be able to get some work done and enjoy my drink. It was fairly busy inside but no problem. I sat at the big table that they have in their shop. About an hour of me sitting there, a group of Starbucks employees came and took over the table never asked me to move but instead they started to have their meeting around me. I started to pack up to leave and no one apologized for their inconvenience. As Starbucks employees I find this completely inappropriate and unacceptable. I am a person and they completely disregarded that. I felt invisible.

I stopped in to this Bux while on a break from jury duty at the nearby Southwest Justice Center. It was a short easy drive to get there and there was only one person ahead of me in line. I was greeted warmly by Sam and ordered my customized venti mocha. I had just received an email about 50% off a fall drink, and Sam patiently walked me through finding how to use the offer! Fortunately, there was no one behind me in line!My drink came up quickly and was made perfectly. I took my drink to go but there was plenty of available seating inside, as well as a few tables outside. This Starbucks is conveniently located in the French Valley Marketplace along with Stater Bros, Postal Annex, CVS, a car wash, BOA branch, cleaners, liquor store and more. Bonus for plenty of parking!

Went to starbucks 5 minutes ago. This employee told us to stay away from him because of our yorkie. on drive thru. also when he gives us the drink he put it on the other side instead of handling to us.

This is my first at this dirty place I order food this morning the customer service was trash. The person who helped us. He was very mean and rude. I don't think he's supposed to be in there. He didn't even know what he was doing. He was just trying to throw the stuff in our face I loved him he knew that it was something that I did not even tip him just because the way how he treated us oh the person name was Gabe we got the food from him I went home and I found out that مريم Work one sandwich missing in he charge extra

Dear Starbucks Customer Service,I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration regarding my recent experience at your Starbucks on Friday, June 30th, at approximately 9:03 pm.As a loyal customer of Starbucks for several years, I have always enjoyed the exceptional service and the quality of beverages I have received. However, on this particular occasion, I encountered a distressing incident that has compelled me to voice my concerns and reconsider my patronage of Starbucks.On Friday, June 30th, I visited Starbucks to order my usual drink, a grande brown sugar shaken espresso with no ice and extra oat milk. To my surprise, the manager on duty refused to accommodate my request, citing it as a policy violation. I was informed that my drink order was deemed a hazard, and I was given a lecture on the potential risks associated with it.I would like to clarify that I have been ordering the same drink at various Starbucks locations for years including this one, and this is the first instance where such a request has been denied. I understand that policies may evolve over time, but I believe it is unfair and inconsistent to refuse a long-standing customer's order without any prior notice or explanation.Furthermore, the manner in which the manager addressed the situation was not only disappointing but also disrespectful. Instead of politely explaining the reasoning behind the policy change, the manager was rude and lectured me in a condescending tone. This behavior not only tarnished my perception of the Starbucks brand but also left me feeling disheartened and undervalued as a customer.As a result of this unfortunate incident, I regret to inform you that I will no longer be visiting this Starbucks for my coffee needs. While I understand that every organization faces challenges and evolving circumstances, it is crucial to maintain open communication with loyal customers to ensure a positive and consistent experience.I kindly request that you look into this matter and take appropriate action to rectify the situation.
