Had an unexpected but really superb experience here...the sandwiches were great as usual but Collin was really fun-it is not everyday that you see a teenage boy who is personable, makes eye contact, shows genuine interest and does his job effectively. He really set the stage for a great experience...give him a raise!

My go-to area but my recent visit might change that. Service was very slow. The maker that made my sandwiches was Maryam, took about 10 mins to make ONE sandwich. Dress code for her needs to be evaluated due to her sleeve dragging across my sandwiches. Maryam and purple haired girl kept having side convos and stopping in the middle of making sandwiches to elaborate to each other. Horrible customer service. Also, please go back to putting sandwiches in the plastic bags. The paper ones can't even hold one sandwich, let alone two. Overall, very unpleasant visit.

The Alfaros

Worst customer service in the area. Definitely lack of training. I ordered 2 subways; and the vegetables were swapped from one to the other. I had to drive back to get my order right; and the rude purple hair lady told me if I’m not happy with the service I don’t need to come back, and she said it twice. Wondering if the owner knows the kind of the employees they hired. If the lady doesn’t want unhappy customers then she should get the order right in the first place. Make sure you check your orders before you leave the place, so you can save the double trip.

It's probably one of the best subways around. The staff are engaged and helpful. Their food - bread, meats, veggies - are nice and fresh. They are liberal on their coupon policy - which that alone puts this Subway at the top. The restaurant is always clean, and the line goes quickly. Only downfall...parking can sometimes be tight.

Went in and ordered 3 sandwiches with my family and I was very impressed with the service we received. I did not catch the name of the employee but she has red hair and was super friendly, and helpful. If she ever is looking for another job I would gladly hire her at my company, she was that impressive. Definitely will be back!
