I'm one of those guys that loves Subway. My favorite is a cold cut combo on jalapeño cheddar bread. The service is always friendly and you can depend on the tables being clean and the atmosphere being friendly.

Got to subway just before closing tonight. There was 2 customers in there, and two girls working. I asked if we could order, the first girl said yes, but then looked at the "big girl" as if to ask permission. She laughed and said, "no, we're closed!" They weren't closed. She just didn't want to work her full shift apparently. Won't be going to this location any longer.

Worst customer service in the area. Definitely lack of training. I ordered 2 subways; and the vegetables were swapped from one to the other. I had to drive back to get my order right; and the rude purple hair lady told me if I’m not happy with the service I don’t need to come back, and she said it twice. Wondering if the owner knows the kind of the employees they hired. If the lady doesn’t want unhappy customers then she should get the order right in the first place. Make sure you check your orders before you leave the place, so you can save the double trip.

It's probably one of the best subways around. The staff are engaged and helpful. Their food - bread, meats, veggies - are nice and fresh. They are liberal on their coupon policy - which that alone puts this Subway at the top. The restaurant is always clean, and the line goes quickly. Only downfall...parking can sometimes be tight.

Went in and ordered 3 sandwiches with my family and I was very impressed with the service we received. I did not catch the name of the employee but she has red hair and was super friendly, and helpful. If she ever is looking for another job I would gladly hire her at my company, she was that impressive. Definitely will be back!

Honestly, it's so irritating that you go to order a sandwich and when they get to the cheese and you order provolone they tell you that are out so you say ok and order mozzarella, they tell you that will be $2.25 more!! I'm sorry.... you're the one out of an item. Replace it with another at no charge.
Employees were very polite. Got charged $5 because I asked to cut the bread before making the sandwich. If they would have told me that, I could cut the thing myself.

Ordered a meatball sandwich to go, the meatballs were cold and the veggies were nasty. Went again hoping it was just a fluke, I stood at the counter for 5 minutes while the "workers" were laughing and watching videos on their phones in the side room. When I finally said something, the worker seemed disgruntled when I asked for help. Oh well... guess I'll go to a different sandwich shop.

The employees are always very friendly and professional. The one thing I wish is that they had the ability to accept tips at the terminal when paying with a card. With as many businesses who are in need of good help, I would like to add an extra thank you by tipping, but I don't often have cash.

The only reason I stopped going is because they don't wear masks when they're preparing your sandwich ,who knows how much saliva you're eating with your sandwich, i'll come back when they start wearing them, I like my sandwiches free of spit
