Every time I door dash from here I get raw broccoli, very cold super shredded chopped chicken and reheated rice. This is BS, the food is crap to be honest and I’m very disappointed. When I lived in la Mirada I never once had a nasty meal from waba I’ve ordered it 3 times out here and it’s been nothing but what taste like microwaved leftovers. Never again

This place is cheap and greedy. I ordered 3 bowls of teriyaki steak and white rice. Got home received a kids size meal in a regular bowl. The Thai tea tasted watered down Thai tea. I’ve been to other waba grills and it’s nothing like this waba grill. 👎🏽

I usually get the chicken veggie bowl with white rice which has never failed to disappoint what is disappointing is everytime i wash for more hot sauce they give me like 2 and then one extra. At least the blonde girl behind the counter does. When the other guy is here it’s fine he gives me a handful. the other location by the mall too gives me a whole bunch which i have more than i need which is great cause i’ll use it at home. I may sound like it’s a big deal and it’s not but i enjoy the hot sauce with my food and wish the girl would just give me 5 at least 3 for one bowl is never enough
Teriyaki dishes were delicious. The restaurant was clean, pleasant customer service, and affordable. You can get rewards and discounts on their App too, which saves you money!

I thought I ordered a steak plate, but ended up with a salty jerky plate. I ordered brown rice, ended up with white rice. I ordered veggies and ended up with drenched lettuce. The cashier had little product knowledge which made ordering a task. The cashier also failed to assist me with a coupon I had in app. Wasted my hard earned money.... ?
