Chicken is always D R Y I stopped going. Over priced for bad food that you have to smother in sauce. Not worth it at all.

I thought I ordered a steak plate, but ended up with a salty jerky plate. I ordered brown rice, ended up with white rice. I ordered veggies and ended up with drenched lettuce. The cashier had little product knowledge which made ordering a task. The cashier also failed to assist me with a coupon I had in app. Wasted my hard earned money.... ?

Love this place and the Waba sauce is great (unfortunately they are stingy with their Waba sauce). We come here every time we come to California.

Used to come here alot when they freshly opened near our area (benton rd, winchester CA)I usually get a steak bowl with just rice no veges and a chicken bowl.Man, half of the bowl is mostly rice and maybe a scoop of the protein. That's crazy.

the male working cash register today was so polite & amazing. the whole time we waited, you can see him busy tidying. it’s cool to see the men in the back cooking as well! food was awesome!

Food was not fresh. I ordered and 8$ bowl and it was not worth it as it was cold and not fresh.
Prices have gone up twice in the last couple of months. Place smells like a sewer. I asked the girl at the front desk why it still smells so bad (and I asked the month prior) and she still can't give an answer.

I just walked into Waba Grilled on Benton Road and was ignored big time. Female at the registered on her phone, and her back turned to the customer. Also, another guy near the counter on his phone looked at me twice and said nothing. Finally, someone from the back acknowledged I was there, but too late. To the guy, that looked at me twice, I guess you don't like serving black people. You will never get a dime from me.

My stepsister Jane and I were dining at this WaBa grill while visiting California to visit family and me and Jane were very disappointed with the food, the chicken was dry and most of the stuff did not taste good in general. I am very displeased.
