I got a double bacon cheese burger it's was ok the bun was hard and dried out. Got onion rings they where good, got french fries they where ok. My mom got a chicken breast it was dry. This place was just average

I was very impressed with this location for a couple of reasons. First, when we got our drinks I unloaded the tray and left one drink in the tray. I went to move the tray and I dumped a soda completely upside down in between my lap and the center console. We all expected the lid to pop off and create a mess everywhere, but it was securely on and there was only a single drop of liquid that spilled out! Secondly, I tried to order something that I found online, but they did not sell it in the Restaurant. The person taking my order suggested an alternative that sounded delicious so I went with it. It had two patties. I ordered it without a bun and when we got our food I thought they had forgotten it because I was expecting it in a box with a fork and knife. Turns out they took the two patties and put all of the toppings in the middle and wrapped it up like a burger. It was so simple, but had never had one made like this before. I was so impressed with the care that they took with our meal overall. It was very enjoyable experience.

Parking: It's in a tight spot can barely find a parking spot and it's hard to pull out the parking is tight small and horrible but the food is good

Ordered the toothpaste chicken came out. Crispy and hot the burger for Tuesday. OK and the root beer float good recommend.
Oldie but goodie A&W! Really nice people here and a drive thru (kinda hidden) in the big Walmart complex.

The lady at the cash register would barely engage in customer service. When our food was ready, she barely raised her voice to say as such and left it on the counter. Didn’t ask us if we needed any sauce or napkins..Also found a hair in our KFC bowl….not a single person was wearing a hairnet in the kitchen, and the females all had long hair as well…please adhere to health regulations?While waiting for our food, another table had to have their food redone because it was wrong as well.Wouldn’t recommend eating here and probably will find another quick bite to eat if I’m in the area again

I don't understand why A&W Windsor changed their Freezes? Or maybe it was the very person that made it? The freeze was very watery. I asked it to be remade and he said all are like that. After 30+ years of freezes, I do know what it is supposed to be. Straw wouldn't stand, immediately fell over. Not slowly. Probably have given up on A&W. And they have no senior or military discounts. Anti-military?
