Always stop by when in the area for cheese curds
Parking: It's in a tight spot can barely find a parking spot and it's hard to pull out the parking is tight small and horrible but the food is good

The lady at the cash register would barely engage in customer service. When our food was ready, she barely raised her voice to say as such and left it on the counter. Didn’t ask us if we needed any sauce or napkins..Also found a hair in our KFC bowl….not a single person was wearing a hairnet in the kitchen, and the females all had long hair as well…please adhere to health regulations?While waiting for our food, another table had to have their food redone because it was wrong as well.Wouldn’t recommend eating here and probably will find another quick bite to eat if I’m in the area again

I don't understand why A&W Windsor changed their Freezes? Or maybe it was the very person that made it? The freeze was very watery. I asked it to be remade and he said all are like that. After 30+ years of freezes, I do know what it is supposed to be. Straw wouldn't stand, immediately fell over. Not slowly. Probably have given up on A&W. And they have no senior or military discounts. Anti-military?
We decided to dine in with the kids, we had to wait for something at Home Depot. Every table was greasy/dirty. We had to clean our own table before sitting down. Vinyl seats were sticky. We placed our order and it took a looong time for an order off cheese curds & 2 chicken little sandwiches.... not including the mini corn dogs that took even longer & they forgot to put on an additional order that we had to place again & wait again for. Customers were irritated and one man was demanding a manager. The girl at the counter was very confused who got what (drive thru vs dine in orders), food production was behind. I had worked in a restaurant for many years and know how it can be when you're slammed, but they weren't slammed. I don't know if this is part of the general worker shortage, but was sad to witness. Nothing anyone can do about it... if a manager was there they couldn't helped their crew out.
