Service is great, fun spot, and good beer. Food is not all that great for the price, food quality is hit and miss, unfortunately.

We stopped in for dinner because we were staying nearby. This was our first time at a pour your own establishment and we really liked it. The beer here is excellent and the food was also good. The staff was very friendly & helpful. If we're ever in this area again we will be back.

Had another wonderful lunch . The food is special, not the same old bar fare. Comfortable spot, great service.

First time here today. Place wasn't busy at all, probably less than 15 people when I headed inside.
The employee working the register was rude and standoffish towards me which was rather odd.
Upon arriving, he was closing out another customer, understandable that I wouldn't have his full attention. When he was done with said customer, I asked about how the place worked and how to purchase beer, he ignored my question and asked to see ID. Ok.... ID provided, he muttered simple instructions, "you get this card, use it to pour beer", gave me my card, table number and that was it.
I poured my self a beer and what happened next really ticked me off.. Another customer came in and asked the same exact question, but got a different treatment and explanation.. He walked them over to the taps, showed them how to use the card, pour the beer, and offered them a complimentary taster.. Totally different attitude and hospitality than the one I received.
I would have liked to taste other beers but his demeanor towards me just really ruined the experience, I poured less than 16 oz and it was close to $6.00 so definitely not cheap.
Beer was ok, kind of warm.
Probably won't be coming back

I didn't rate the food because we never got it. The beer is great, drinking it since before I moved back to Windsor but holy cow was the guy working the register just unbelievably rude. He was so smug and condescending and just left a bad feeling for my whole group. We sat and drank our beer but had to cancel our order and leave because it was so unpleasant. It was a really rough first time there. Luckily Oliver's had the tavern open and we got hooked up over there. I grew up in Windsor and it didn't have the hometown customer service I remember. I will try it again but my group swore off going back. I'm hoping for a better experience when I work up the want to go back. I can't stress enough that their beer is great but that guy needs training.

The food was OK, but the beer was mediocre and the tapped cocktails were actively bad. And it all ended up expensive. This should not be competitive with places on Windsor's square

Not as good as other establishments of the same venue. Overpriced for what it was.

I LOVE this place! The food is delicious & they have a large selection of drink options. Not only do they offer many craft beers, they also have hard ciders, cocktails,
Mocktails & alcohol free options such as juice, soda, water, etc…
At first I wasn’t sure how I felt about the self-serve model for drinks but I actually really enjoy it & have even created my own creations by mixing cocktails with hard seltzers.
Food is wonderful & they rotate specials. Customer service is 90+ % great. I only gave 4 out of 5 for service because I had 2 or 3 experiences where the employees were rude. However, that was VERY early on (when they had just opened) & my experiences since then have been amazing. I’m assuming they ironed out the problems.
Atmosphere is great! I love the outdoor seating & indoor is nice too. Definitely recommend going for a visit. Don’t miss out on: the smash burger, beef satay, yuca fries, cubano sandwich, & definitely try the Mac & cheese that is served with fresh arugula on top! An addition I would never have thought of but is genius as it cuts the spice in the cheeses & adds an element of freshness. Yummm

Awesome spot for sunny days. The beer is self-serve so you can get a lil bit of everything. The food can be ordered via QR code. And there's beer and some merch to-go. A lot of the seating is considered outdoor, so plenty of room for dogs and families.
