This Baskin Robbin’s in Windsor is the most poorly run store I have been in. They run out of ingredients every week they never have change when you pay in cash. This place really needs to be looked at by corporate.

The ice cream is always good. One employee on a Sunday evening about 6:30 pm. She was working hard but wasn't enthused about listening to what the customers ordered. A family of 7 ahead of me accepted 2 orders that weren't right. A door dash person asked if she was closing early and she said she was trying. The sign says they're open til 10. Here is my big problem. A young man came behind me while I was ordering and mopped the floor between me and the door. No caution sign, no wet floor sign. I asked if all the floor was wet and he said yes and offered to take my arm to help me to the door. NO Thank You. I couldn't tell if the store is being repaired or needs an overhaul.

31 Flavors is still the slogan and they do not disappoint. During the pandemic they are offering outdoor seating in a parklet. Good quality frozen desserts, but no surprises.

If you go to this store and pay by cc be sure to get the receipt. On 9/8 and again on 9/26 my wife and I went in to purchase 2 medium cappuccino blasts with our cc and was charged $8 each of those days. On 10/1 it was warm out so we decided to visit again but this time after declining our receipt for our purchase, the young lady charged us $13.38 for 2 cappuccino blasts. We wouldn't have known if we didn't check our banking account online. Some employees at the Windsor store may need some training in ethics or something. Please BEWARE and accept your receipts when visiting the Windsor store.
I love the banana royal. The place is clean, the service was great. Fast!
