On the app I made an order for a whopper jr with only ketchup and mayo with cheese on the burger for some reason the app didn’t change my order. When I told the employee I’m allergic to lettuce and asked to have it remade. She refused, it’s not my fault the app didn’t order it right. She was very very rude and disrespectful even made us pay for another burger

She also remade the guys order behind us were white and there all Mexican I feel like we were raciat profiled to the full extent.

Just stoped by this location and the manger of the place and all the crew saw me waiting to order for 30min and nobody helped me at all. They even talk about me in Spanish thinking that I am not fluent in English and Spanish. Never been treated like this before, this was the worst costumer service ever!

Cashier lady around 2pm today had the most disgusting customer service I had ever experienced. Lacks communication, manners and basic morals. Won’t be coming back. Only reason I didn’t cancel my order was because I had my 4 year old daughter with me
I’m very disappointed and this have to be the worst burgerking place ever! When I order spicy crispy chicken + large French fries they were good but later at night I started to feel bad and had upset stomach it was making too much noises and hurting a lot and I was having a lot of nausea and pain all night long I been having the symptom for almost 5 days!!! I don’t recommend to go here!! 🤮🤢
